El apartamento ubicado en Via dei Servi es relativamente bueno, iluminado y amplio. La chica de la recepción siempre atenta y gentil. La experiencia se arruinó a causa de la grosería, altanería, irrespeto, mala educación y xenofobia del Señor Giovanni. (un funcionario del Hotel que nos "acogió") Giovanni es un señor que no ha recibido una buena educación, es realmente descortés, grosero, humillante y desde el momento del check-in fue displiscente, altanero y ofensivo. Hotel delle Tele, este Señor Giovani arruina el buen nombre del Hotel, el servicio, la disponibilidad, la acogida y la buena educación son más importantes que otros aspectos. Firenzi NO necesita gente como Giovani, hace quedar muy mal la ciudad. Señores como estos, quedan mejor en trabajos de aulas cerradas, donde su grosería y soberbia no arruine el buen nombre del Hotel. Por el pésimo servicio de Giovanni y su actitud que arruina las vacaciones de cualquier familia: Una estrella.

You should stay here
Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, accommodations were great. Location was in an area that was very walkable and attractions were close by. I would recommend staying here if you are in the Florence area.

Nothing fancy, just clean, comfortable, helpful staff and wonderful location. Walked from train station and to all of the sites. It’s very old school, which is my preference. The complimentary breakfast is at a sweet cafe around the corner. Loved it! There isn’t a big lobby/common area but we were out being tourists daylight til after dark so it didn’t matter to us.

This is a hotel with a great location… this is the up point. Don’t expect great facilities, average but really worth the location and the focus of the trip. The only bad thing was the bed… If the hotel can improve this it’s a superstar!,,,

Sono andato in questo "Hotel" per dormire insieme ai miei amici, l'entrata non era un granché, tra l'altro era un palazzo antico in cui ci abitavano persone!!! Ascensore minuscolo senza un impianto d'aerazione, le camere non avevano un buon odore, condizionatori malfunzionanti, Wi-Fi pubblico che sembrava spento (non c'era internet), letti scomodissimi (uno sembrava che ci fosse marmo, e l'altro sprofondava), da non definire un hotel perché non aveva una colazione inclusa e non c'era nemmeno un ristorante. Ve lo sconsiglio altamente.

hotel in ottima posizione, vicinissimo a santa maria novella, personale molto gentile e cordiale, camera delle giuste dimensioni, ho soggiornato in altri 3 stelle a Firenze ed erano decisamente peggiore ma secondo me il rapporto qualità prezzo non è all'altezza purtroppo.

We chose this place due to its proximity to the station and the center. Some rooms and the bathroom are more spacious, others much less, although a safe and fridge are available, they just need to be modernised; in particular, given that it is the first thing you see, the entrance to the building and the reception. The hotel staff, however helpful and kind. However, the breakfast served in a nearby restaurant is good, also excellent as a pizzeria/restaurant with a very kind and friendly owner and staff.

We stayed at this hotel over the Easter holidays. Terrible experience, absolutely not to be repeated: price for a similar hotel is excessively expensive; poor cleanliness, and in particular one of the rooms we stayed in was filled with a very bad smell of cigarette smoke; reception almost absent and inaccessible as it is located on the third floor of an old building, with a cramped and suffocating lift, and stairs that recall those of the tower of Pisa! The only positive note is the strategic position, 3 minutes from Piazza Duomo. We strongly advise against it to everyone, we will never go back!!!

Excellent location, friendly staff but unfortunately the room was dirty, a clearly visible layer of dust on the desk, hair and dander in the shower, otherwise we had a good time, too bad the cleanliness was a bit poor.
