A modern hotel located in the old town. Very close to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the Ponte Vecchio. The suite has two bathrooms and the sofa in the living room can be used as a double bed. A good choice for family travel. There is a cloakroom with comfortable furnishings. You can choose to have breakfast in the glass room in the yard, and the semi-self-service options are very rich. Love everything about Florence~

I booked Suite 9 (the suite shown on Ctrip is Picture 1 and Picture 2), but the room I actually stayed in was a standard room with a connecting room (Picture 3, Picture 4, Picture 5), which was seriously inconsistent with the website display. I don't know what the problem is? The room I stayed in: 1. The room was dimly lit; 2. The head of the bed faced the window, and the window faced the outdoor stairs directly, so there was no privacy at all. I didn't dare to open the window or draw the curtains; 3. The wardrobe was old, and the key fell off as soon as it was opened. The negotiation on the first day of check-in was fruitless, and I could only passively accept it. The hotel changed the room at my strong request on the second day, but the good mood of the journey had already been broken.

My accessories were stolen from my room. I informed the front desk, but they kept passing the buck. The manager said they have been using cleaning staff for more than ten years and have never had such a problem. So where did my things go? I was pretty sure they were at the mirror and I was about to put them on when I went out, but a waiter knocked on the door to pick up my luggage and interrupted me, so I forgot to put them on. The manager asked me to call the police, and I was really convinced. I had a flight to catch. Besides, calling the police when things were stolen here is really a boring thing to do, because you will definitely waste your time and energy and be exhausted in the end and be stranded. Don't stay here. They are all irresponsible in handling luggage and belongings. You must be extra careful with them. There is no integrity at all.

The house is spacious and the one-to-one service is warm and welcoming as some reviews said. Good hygiene, double doors in the room, safe and reliable, rich breakfast options.
