El hotel es muy bonito, pero la habitación tenía un olor terrible que fue notificada y a media noche teníamos un ruido que no supimos de dónde provenía. No pudimos dormir bien.
Además, no me hicieron reembolso por mi hijo que pague por anticipado desayuno, que no utilizo porque finalmente no se quedo en el hotel. Solicité poder utilizar el valor del desayuno en otra comida y fue imposible. Cero flexibilidad
Traté de cancelar la reserva, así me cobrarán la primera noche pero los planes cambiaron y tampoco me
Dejaron por lo cual tuve que pagar doble.
La ubicación es terrible, muy lejos del centro de Florencia y tienen un shuttle bus con pocas frecuencias de ida y vuelta, que además te deja lejísimos del Centro de la ciudad. No entendimos ese servicio ofrecido.
Terrible experiencia en este hotel. La verdad no entiendo como está calificado.
