Not clean as it show online photos. Carpet very dirty, bed sheets and towels can tell are very old.
Front desk service was norm!
Not worth my 165$.

Let my mother have access to our room info , which is not legal. This caused us serious harm as to what happened that day and after. They had my young son go with them from the hotel without my permission . I made the staff aware of their error so hopefully they understand how serious that is to give out information to other people who may call or show up .

I stopped overnight at this hotel because I was driving from the Tampa Bay, FL area to the Jersey Shore, I'm a Choice Hotels rewards member and it was adjacent I-95. There is a half-dozen hotels/motels nearby and I think Park Inn is probably in the best condition. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit "iffy" IMO, but there are more than a half-dozen restaurants nearby. The front desk clerk was cordial and pleasant to deal with. Parking was good. The room was clean, well maintained, comfortable, good air conditioning and though the mattress was slightly softer than I'm accustomed to it was in good condition. I left before breakfast was available in the morning but stopped at a nearby Waffle House. I'd stay here again if the need arose.

Stayed one night while traveling north. Pryianka at the front desk was personable and efficient. Accommodations were clean and convenient to restaurants. Breakfast was the usual fare; nothing too exciting. It was our first time staying at a Park Inn and we were satisfied.

Do not book this hotel I reserved 2 rooms for NASCAR weekend in August of 2024 through ******* When we arrived at the hotel, in April 2025, we were told that ******* had cancelled the reservations, that there were no available rooms. ******* said they did not and the reservations were still showing active on the their website. The customer service at the hotel was nonexistent. They put the blame on ******* and acted like I missed a cancellation email They did not offer to help us find alternative lodging or any further help. I understand this was a busy weekend for the area and their options to help were limited but a little more accountability and concern would have went a long way. I had to scramble to find 2 rooms in a high demand area after we flew across the country and our guests drove 5 hours to meet us. We ended up needing to drive 40 minutes from this location to find availability. My experience was embarrassing and very stressful. I have used ******* for years and never had a problem. After this i will not use ******* unless it is the only option and I will NEVER stay at a Park in by Radisson

This is a VERY Clean hotel, with a well lit parking lot and GREAT beds. Also, Breakfast not half bad - eggs, grits, waffles, fruit... If you are on the fence may I suggest that you just do it. Oh, Pet friendly and the fee is much lower than other properties.

Beds are the best, the staff are great, breakfast was very good. ............. I will recommend this hotel , great place of i95. Rooms are exceptionally clean. I have nothing negative to say..........................................

It was pretty clean and the beds were really comfortable. Things they could improve on are: breakfast is pretty bad, the food in the heated trays were not hot and the utensils were pathetic. Cheap cheap plastic forks. The towels in the room were just ok. All in all it was an ok place to stay while passing thru. The staff esp. Daniel, was very nice and friendly.
