Even with construction going on, employees were more than helpful and kind. Bed and pillows were wonderful!. Will stay there in our coming trips

This was the second time we stayed here. The electric plugs on the desk did not work, the room was good. The bathroom had some issues. No shower curtain so had to go to the front desk to get one. They did offer to come and install but it was easy so I did it. The shower was dirty. The tile about two feet from the floor had mold and scum all over. The electric sock by the sink (used for hair dryer) was not attached to the wall (Safety hazzard). The room (1st floor) backed up to the kitchen. At 3:30AM the kitchen crew began and that was the last minute we slept. The crew was noisy, banging equipment, voices loud, etc.) that room should not be used except for storage. As we left the room to continue our trip home to Florida, the manager happened to be outside out door. I brought him into the room and he was not pleased. Next time I will ask for a room on the second floor not near the kitchen.

Room wasn’t clean and had to switch rooms. They didn’t have the room we reserved and said they were still working out the new system. Not sure why it allowed us to reserve a room that’s unavailable. I’m starting to question the “Hilton” name for sure.

Low staff. Poor section of town. Breakfast was either everything empty, or an hour late opening. Less than clean. Very disappointed. The property is going under 3rd floor renovations, but this was greater than that. I hope they get some better staffing.

This was the worst hotel ever, it was not clean and the refrigerator did not work, the bright lights outside and no breakfast. We have been members of Raddison for years and always stay at Country Inns and suites. They have really let their place run down. Never again will I stay at a Raddison hotel.

The people were all very friendly and made my daughter and I feel very welcomed considering we had 2 big dogs with us. No one was afraid of them. Breakfast was a bonus. Food tasted great. I would definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff. Great job.

I would not recommend this hotel. When I first walked in to the counter, the woman ignored me. She didn't acknowledge my presence, even though she was not attending to any other guests. She was simply working at her computer. After a few minutes, another person emerged from the back to check us in. We had 2 connecting rooms. Both were dirty. Carpets were both stained in many spots. Floors were not clean. Entire room needed a thorough cleaning. Tables in common area needed to be wiped clean. There was a large, dead roach poolside, so no one had obviously cleaned the pool area lately. With several other hotels in the immediate area, I would not recommend this one.

I've been a fan of Country Inn & Suites for 20 years. Unfortunately, they have declined in quality since they have been bought out by Choice. For example, breakfast is now more like the Choice budget hotel options. Also, I'm not happy they took away the good military discount, making AAA and AARP both cheaper unless I'm on orders (where the military would pay for it anyway). The reason for the 1 star: King bed mattress was so old it was noisy and no longer firm, resulting in my wife and I both rolling to the middle during the night. We didn't get quality sleep. Upon mentioning this upon checkout, Management was not available for a discount. I told them I would hold off on a review for several days to give them time to call me and resolve the complaint. They never did.
