The hotel is good, and has a lot of everything you should expect from a Hilton. It’s not particularly close to the airport by Hilton standards in the United States. It costs a little money to call an UBER, but the connection is ok.

I wasn’t in a great mood after the flight delay, rental agent apparently was on his first day. The Topper was Hilton. They never fail to disappoint. What I wanted was some place close to the airport. Easy to deal with a place to get a couple of drinks and watch the ball game. What I got was soaking wet because the key they gave me would not open the exterior doors. This was after I found out the bar was closed, Hilton’s little mini market doesn’t sell beer and you can drive to a gas station and pick from White claw and Natty lite. I’m a Hilton Honors member. I never stay with them anymore. Don’t expect many more reviews from me on Hilton. What was once one of the best chains in the US is reduced to meh.

Overall this property was average - I was hoping for better as it is a flagship Hilton property. I was upgraded to a junior suite due to my Hilton status but it just turned out to be a handicap accessible room which wasn’t a true upgrade. The A/C in the room was extremely weak and did not cool the room down. I checked in on the app but never knew you needed a parking slip to park in their lot - found that out the hard way. Good restaurant across the street, hotel is in a pretty quiet area, and the room itself was clean with a comfy bed. Overall probably would shop around a little more prior to staying here again. About 10-15 min from the airport - there is a Doubletree right on the airport property if you are looking for proximity.

We were upgraded to a larger room that was by the side entry. The room was good. The staff was nice. The morning coffee was average. The parking was free and close. The place is aging and showing signs of wear. The dining area looked very nice as did the lobby.

As part of an airline crew, transportation to and from the airport is vital for on-time flights. This AM(530am), 7/17/24, our crew encountered a slight miscommunication in our transportation time. Your associate, TRESSA, was very helpful in seeing to it that we got a ride to the airport.

Amazing hotel, but awful staff in the AM. This hotel is modern, well maintained, clean rooms, and has everything you need. Great bar and restaurant, with friendly staff. The bartender was our waiter in the restaurant and very friendly. Buffett server was awesome. But the two ladies at the front desk Friday 6/22 at 7:00am were awful (blonde lady and another lady with shaved sides of head) I asked to see if I had breakfast in my reservation. One said she wasn’t logged in and couldn’t help, the other helped some guy that cut the line in front of me. When that guy left, I’m still waiting for simple help and got none. So just went to my breakfast. I would give it 5 stars if not for the unfriendly and lazy workers. Manager, take note. You are better than this.

Nice place. Older building but still has a modern feel. Amenities are great if that’s what you are looking for! All staff friendly and helpful! Great location with lotsa restaurants and shopping close by. Comfortable beds with spacious rooms and bathrooms! All in all I’d stay here again!
