Location is very good , close to I75 and many restaurants . Only complaint was three younger kids in the indoor swimming pool with their clothes on. Including socks . Not sure if they were guests but really , in their clothes ? Another group of kids were diving into the pool with signs that state "No Diving" . Adult with them did not say anything .

We really appreciated the management allowing up to leave a day early without penalty- they are very accommodating and the reason for the 5 stars. Room was very clean and spacious-lots of towels but not the softest. Breakfast had sausage, eggs, and potatoes- waffle maker available. Variety of cereals, yogurt and bread for toast but not much in the way of pastries - a few small muffins. The breakfast eating area has plenty of seating and we were satisfied with the breakfast we had. This hotel is centrally located between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum we visited and we would stay there again.

The hotel is clean . Ivan excellent front desk check in. The room temperature well controlled. Noise level minimal. Every hotel room I put on gloves and wipe down with Lysol wipes and superficially the room is clean. The shade pulls dirty. The desk dirty. The bathroom shower had footprints in the shower. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Limited bread choices no bagels Yogurt no toppings. The hot food barely warm. I think going forward I need to stay with Hampton Hill Hilton's or Marriotts. For same room price you get cleaner rooms and better breakfast

I am a female traveling alone. The lock for the door to the balcony is broken. I went to the front desk to ask for help. The clerk's matter-of-fact response that it was just broken and there was nothing he could, made it clear that this is a common problem of which they are aware. He dismissed my concerns by just saying that I am not on the first floor so I would be alright. This hotel has no regard for the safety of their guest. I would not recommend staying here.

Great facility! Nice size rooms, including a nice walk in shower in our king size room. Coffee and water in the lobby all day. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal and juice. Bed was comfortable with 5 pillows. Convenient to a large number of restaurants and stores. Walmart is right behind the hotel.

Best Comfort Suites I have stayed at. Place was very clean. Breakfast was decent given it was complimentary. Very friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool and fitness center were clean with ample seating.

We stayed here two nights. This hotel location was good with shopping and resturants close by. The hotel staff were helpful and polite. Our room was clean and we had enough towels and other supplies. Some thought the air traffic was an issue and we did not even notice ot. We did like looking at the planes overhead from time to time we found it interesting in a good way.

Very clean and comfy hotel with great breakfast! We had a balcony room and watched planes come in. Just what was needed relaxation after a long day of traveling. The glass shower and soft water with perfect pressure was very refreshing! We will be back to stay here!
