Let my mother have access to our room info , which is not legal. This caused us serious harm as to what happened that day and after. They had my young son go with them from the hotel without my permission . I made the staff aware of their error so hopefully they understand how serious that is to give out information to other people who may call or show up .

I was part of the evacuation and could not get out of florida. I tried to call the hotel to cancel and no one picked up. I was charged the full amount with no response even through messages. I think this is unacceptable considering the curcumstances

Stayed here for a night on a road trip. Not sure why people are so critical of a hotel that was extremely reasonable. Room was large, clean, loved the shower vs tub. Staff late at night was friendly. Breakfast in the morning was your typical… eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, cereals, waffles, toast, muffins, hash browns. When we were there the pool was closed for maintenance so if you desire for a swim call first. Location was perfect being right off 95 and there are many places to eat both fast food and eat in nearby. Would highly recommend if you are driving by and need a good nights rest.

Late stop off while driving from Florida to Maryland. Bed sheets were stained and there was a disgusting smell in room hallway. Would have left there and then had it not been so late and we were so tired after driving 600 miles. Breakfast was basic but adequate, breakfast staff were nice. Would certainly never stay again.

L’hotel est récent, donc belle déco et quand même propre. Les chambres sont bien et la douche est bien grande. L’insonorisation entre les chambres laissent à desiré. Nous entendions les sonneries de téléphone des voisins (et les cris enfants toute la soirée avec le cris des parents. Mais bon le respect n’est pas connu de tous..) Déjeuner correct. Saucisse, bacon, oeuf, patate, gauffre et un choix de roties. Pas de fruits. Le personnel… je ne croyais pas ça possible que tous les employées soit bêtes ainsi!! Dès l’accueil, elle parlait sur le haut parleur avec une femme, pas de demande de vérification de carte se credit, ma donner les clef points. Je lui demande l’heure du déjeuner, elle me dit tout est inscrit dans ta pochette ici. Et continue de jaser au téléphone! On sort le matin à 6h, toutes les portes sont barrés on ne peut re rentrer dans l’hotel! Les clefs sont désactiver, en plus. On trouve une femme pour les reactiver, elle est fâché contre nous! Serieusement, nous sommes si respectueux et gentils, on s’est jamais fait Traiter AINSI! Les 3 employés croisée vous êtiez impolis et irrespectueuse.

❤️❤️❤️❤️. The front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was soft and the shower was hot. We really enjoyed our stay. We were evacuating from Hurricane Helene.

After a terrible experience at a nearby hotel, we found this place. Thankfully. From the start the staff was friendly and took care of us. Very clean. Definitely not the roach motel we encountered nearby. Enjoyed our stay. When we come back to Florence we will stay again.

Fantastic stay from the moment we were checked in by a nice gentleman, who also gave us restaurant leads. Smelled clean as soon as you stepped in the lobby and the room. Room was spotless and very modern. Loved that it had several ottoman type furniture where our luggage could be laid out and opened rather than put them on the floor or bed. Room had mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave and safe. Bathroom was clean and very modern. Glass doors, walk in shower and blue ceilings gave it a spa like feeling. Bed was super comfortable and room offered adjustable thermostat that allowed me to run a light fan which I need to sleep. Many local restaurants to choose from close by and easy access on and off Route 95. Breakfast was a full buffet of hot and cold choices. Eggs, sausage, bacon, make your own waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit and more! We stopped here on our way from NY to Glorida and it was ne of our nicest hotel experiences!
