Staff was polite and checkin / out was seamless. The breakfast was very good, great selections and flavor was so very good. Everything was kept topped off.

Hotel was nice, much better than last year when we stayed here. Clerk was a bit overwhelmed with a construction crew checking in at the same time. However, she failed to tell us there would be no breakfast in the morning. Her license to serve food had expired and she was on duty in the morning. Would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks for training and there were nothing but issues. Rooms weren’t cleaned before checking in. Breakfast sometimes wasn’t cooked. For 3 weeks straighter myself and other coworkers had the same issues I would not stay here. They do not clean properly and its shows

I'm staying at this hotel through my company, but I've seen a lot of cockroaches, and the bathrooms are terrible. The shower curtain smells like pee it been changed. I've mostly stayed on the 4th floor, but the 2nd floor is a little cleaner and smells nice.

Wouldn’t recommend. Find yourself a home2suites!
Wasn’t impressed. Dirty sheets. Carpets didn’t look vacuumed in room, halls or elevators. AC didn’t work anywhere but the main floor. Ice machines didn’t work anywhere but the main floor. Mini fridge was a joke, didn’t even have a freezer section. No additional sheets and blankets for pull out sofa, had to go to customer service. Was given slimes with stains on them. Breakfast was cheapest continental I’ve ever seen. No Greek yogurt or individual milks. No healthy options.

Mirror hands handprints all over it. Shower bottom is cracked in a large semicircle crack. AC unit flaps are broken off. One of the mattress springs is dead and you slide off the bed on that side. The pullout couch mattress was stained. Train tracks are VISIBLE to the hotel and the train honks when it goes by. Even in the middle of the night. Handicap accessible room but not well maintained.

Very good hotel looking like reasonably recently built. In construction they overlooked the importance of soundproofing rooms.
