Very restful place to stay next to everything food gas shopping rooms are great kept up very well very clean and very quiet, we had been staying here for years every time coming home from Florida it's worth every penny for the room you won't be making a mistake staying here, we love it here.

Decent room which was comfortable. Morning clerk was friendly and respectful. Check in could have been better. The area is a bit sketchy so some caution should be taken. Breakfast had typical choices and was good. Clerk (Rock I believe) was helpful and friendly to talk to.

This Best western was a very pleasant surprise. Front desk of the hotel was very helpful and the grounds were immaculate, very clean room, it had at least a 55 or 60 inch TV, very comfortable bedding, impeccably furnished beautiful rooms that were more like a suite, it was easy on and off I-95, shower had great water pressure and a new tall toilet. One of the nicest Best Westerns we have stayed in!

This hotel looks nothing like the picture posted. The things I look for in a place to stay, safety, clean, no smoking. This place is so dated doors to outside parking where people are smoking, fighting. I felt so unsafe I couldn’t sleep there. The only good thing I could say about this place is that it’s giving jobs to people and they were all nice.

We had just stayed at Best Western Bayfront in St. Augustine and it was fabulous. We just stayed at Best Western in Florence two weeks later and there is no comparison whatsoever. Picked up key for reserved room, unlocked and found someone already in the room. Alarming to be given a key for your room and someone else has the same key. If it hadn’t been 6:00 when we arrived, I might have left, but it was non refundable so I would have been out the $130.00. We ended up on second floor with a queen bed a 2 bottles of water for an inconvenience. Hopefully this was just a fluke and it never happens again.

I am always a bit worried about Inn's off the highway, but this was a pleasant surprise. The Inn was very clean, the room was large, with a nice seating area, very clean and comfortable bed. We parked right outside out door. The Inn is pet friendly and the fee is very reasonable compared to most. Close to restaurants, gas and coffee. Free breakfast. What more do you want for the price, which was also very reasonable. Would stay again without hesitation.

Check was a little less than expected with room access, but after that a good value for the money and close to I95. Friendly cleaning staff and breakfast staff. Would perhaps used again if traveling south next year.
