Accidentally left our laptop in our room when we checked out. Called the hotel and no one at the hotel was helpful when we called to report it , " nothing in the room". Not sure I need to say anything else. You would think the manager would call us immediately, NOT. Why are so many people dishonest today?!?!?

Dirty dirty dirty! We wiped the entrance up and it was filthy! The bathroom was just as disgusting! We complained to the front desk, manager and even called Hilton. They didn’t do anything for us when a sign at the front door says if you have any issues we can’t take care of we will give you a free night. I’m totally done with the Hilton brand! Our experience has been less than stellar this trip with dirty rooms and beat up furniture for high prices they used to command for quality. Now it’s a joke. We stayed at a Drury last night and the room was pristine.

Kind of a grungy hotel. The first room we went to had a muddy puddle on the bathroom floor. We requested someone to come up with a mop, but there was no one available so we had to gather up all of our things and move to another room. The second room was right next to the lobby, across from the pool and next to the elevator. Amazingly it was not too noisy except for around midnight when someone was laughing and carrying on loudly in the lobby. That was annoying. The bed was as hard as a rock. I tossed and turned all night. The room was clean. Come to find out you only get half as many points when staying at Home2 Suites as you do when you stay at Hampton Inn. Also the breakfast at Home2 Suites is not as good. The breakfast at this particular place was pretty bad. The bagels had a “produced on“ date of July 15. The date we were there was September 6. Those bagels were produced about two months prior. I asked the kitchen attendant about it and she said they had been kept in the freezer. They were hard and tasteless. The rest of the breakfast buffet was unappealing. We opted for cereal. The coffee was good. The night before I went to have a cup of hot tea and the hot water in the lobby was lukewarm. That was disappointing. I think I would try the regular Hampton Inn the next time I stay in Florence.

Terrible stay - and corporate doesn't seem to care either. During our stay there, we were asked to wait in the lobby because our room wasn't clean yet. The front desk person talked up the pool, how great the pool was, she discussed the pool with us. Only for us to discover that the pool was out of order and she never mentioned it! The pool was key to our stay and if we had known it wasn't working, we might have not stayed there. When we did finally get out room, it was dirty. Even though we had to wait while it was cleaned. Dirty shower with other people's hair in it. Other guest's knick knacks left behind. We asked for a different room and the second one had no trash can in the bathroom. By the, we just said whatever and got some sleep. We contacted Hilton on Tuesday, August 13th after check out to let them know how unhappy we had been with the stay. They were supposed to get back to us within 48 hours. It has now been over a week. Still waiting!

This hotel is dirty. The sink in the kitchenette had not been cleaned and there was hair in the bathroom sink. Pieces of trash on the floor including cold medication from the last guest. Furniture had old drink and food stains. The gym had no towels or spray to clean the equipment.

I am surprised at how run down this hotel is considering it was just recently built. The main areas of the hotel had dirty floors. Our room was also not up to Hilton standards. The bathroom sink was not wiped down and the floor was dirty. The bed’s metal frame was sticking out of the side and I had to wrap it with towels to avoid scraping my legs on it. The pillows were old and not comfortable. The bathroom door did not lock. The drawers in the main area of the room were broken and jutted out so that we kept having to push them in. The worst part was the air conditioning unit. It was extremely loud and did not cool the room effectively. The breakfast was just “ok.”

Traveled for a funeral of a very close relative with a very sick and disabled relative. Pros: Disabled room was very large Rooms had adjoining rooms Bathroom was disabled friendly Had a kitchen with full refrigerator Good breakfast Most staff were nice Cons Room was filthy. Could feel dirt in rugs Showers had mold growing in corners Room was not cleaned well Room was a turn off. Wouldn’t stay with my family here again

What happened to this hotel???? We stayed here previously in 2022. It has downhill since then. Rooms are disgusting. While I understand it's hard to get good staff, someone should be checking. Pee stained mattress pad, stained gray towels, floors sticky and stained, missing outlet cover, pee around toilet, bathroom floor nit cleaned, shower has mold etc. See photos attached. Also, the evaluator was dirty and seemed like pee.
