The lady at check in was so nice and helpful! The hotel itself is another story. Wyndham hotels has always been a great well known name in hotels. That is why I chose this hotel. I was 100% disappointed in the room and the hotel itself! Nasty!! From the elevator to our room!! Nasty! I will not do that mistake again! Look closely at all pics! I was sooo disappointed! We slept on top of the bed spread because of how nasty it looked! We were so tired or tire otherwise would have driven back home! The furniture was so ragged and dirty and the air conditioner was barely working and the cigarette butt holder was right in front of our door so that is where everyone came to smoke and of course when we open the door the smoke came right in the room! The hotel was dirty and the floors and the carpet in the elevator and I could go on and on but it was that bad! The hair dryer had lipstick that looked like had melted on it and the only clean thing was the shower and it was new. We also had to ask for a remote to the tv.
The people who worked up front were awesome and we totally appreciated that!!! Please take and invest in upgrading and cleaning this place up!!

This was a late-night and last-minute stop while traveling. Lynna made sure my accommodations were perfect. The room was clean and comfortable and overall experience easy.

We needed a place to rest overnight and this is literally just that, and that’s being generous. At $70 I was reminded you get what you pay for. I would not recommend and I’m also quite concerned/confused by all of the five star reviews. The hallways smelled, the bathroom was old and stained…there are 5 other hotels in the area, find another.

Front desk clerk was very and knowledgeable. Room was clean, bed was comfy and shower had hot water!! Being right off I95, price was very reasonable.

Friendly staff, clean room. Pictures are accurate. A/C was amazing, could have used a warmer blanket. Lol Beds and pillows were great. Would definitely stay here again. Great location.

We had a late arrival because of auto trouble and staff was very helpful. Room was clean and check in easy. Lots of noise when guests above checked in very late so maybe to a higher floor!
