Welcome to the Hampton Inn & Suites Florence-North/I-95. As you enter the lobby of this hotel, look straight ahead and look into the new Perfect Mix Lobby, complete with 3 two story windows to allow all the natural light to mix with all the hard wood floors and furnishings. The guest will have the choice between a standard room with one king bed or a room with two queen beds, if they want a little more of a room, they will have the ability to upgrade to one of our 36 studio suites complete with a king size bed as well as a comfortable sleeper sofa. Nothing was spared in designing all the rooms to accommodate any type of needs from the Business Center with 3 computers to the Exercise Room, pool and spa. The staff here at the Hampton Inn & Suites Florence North/I-95 will have something for everyone when they decide to stay with us.

This is a beautifully remodeled unit with perfect room layout and large bathrooms with gorgeous showers. Breakfast was good with great sausage! Also recommend the Mexican restaurant across the street. We slept well in comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Everything was clean and nice. Highly recommend.

Keep Driving! We checked in went to the room and checked out! The lobby was dark and the room dingy. This hotel does not look like it has been renovated..

Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to be talked down to and stay in a filthy hotel. I travel very frequently for work and as a diamond member with Hilton and a premier member with other hotel corporations I have visited A LOT of different hotels. I have NEVER encountered someone so incredibly rude as Audrey at the front desk was. I generally use the Hilton app to check in and did so for this reservation only to get a red flag for the digital key telling me I would need to visit the front desk. I stopped at the desk to inquire why the digital key wasn’t working and was told I would need my ID. I politely commented that was odd as I’ve never been asked for that before at a hotel where I have a long standing frequent traveler membership and was immediately given all kinds of attitude and told “well if you don’t want to give me your ID, you’re not staying here”. I went out to my car and retrieved my Federally issued DOD ID card because that was on top in my wallet and brought it back in. I was told that wasn’t acceptable ID and she needed a second state issued ID card that my home address on it (even though that’s not listed on my account/ reservation). I went back out to the car AGAIN and got the second ID which at that point seemed to be just for spite because she never even touched the ID and just rolled her eyes at me when I came back in. She then asked if I wanted one keycard or two and I asked, “Do you not have the option for the digital keys in the app?” She replied back, “I don’t know, do YOU not have a digital key?” I again repeated what I said when I first walked in the door which was “I already checked in at the app but the digital key is locked out and is saying to see the front desk” and she replied back YELLING at me, “well you’re only getting one key card then because you have an attitude problem!” I have never been treated so incredibly disrespectfully and someone like this should NOT be employed in any customer service oriented position. You could not pay me to stay here and deal with that type of disrespect. On top of that when we got up to the room the floor was covered in sticky filth and there was something gross all over the sink. Go anywhere else but here. We wound up leaving to go to another hotel because I’m not paying money to stay somewhere that has no hospitality or service.

After staying in some.raunchy hotels being on the road for a week, this hotel was comfortable, clean clean clean and the breakfast was wondering. Thank you so much hilton for offering this diamond. I'm so grateful for a clean place to sleep comfortably and your staff is amazing

The only thing good about this hotel is the employees. The key cards didn’t work for any rooms or the pool area. If you left your room someone would have to take you up and let you in. We couldn’t use the pool Or fitness center because we didn’t have a key card. Was very frustrating for us as well as the employees. The woman at the front desk, Valerie L was first class and the hotel is lucky to have her as well as all the women in the breakfast area. I know it was frustrating for them as well as the guests.

Cannot imagine how this hotel could be rated over 4! Or 3! It’s maybe a 2. While the rooms have been renovated, the common areas are nasty. Dirty carpets in halls and chairs in lobby are spotty and uninviting. If you must stay here, get a room in the back.

The staff is nice, the place is clean, the room was fantastic, and breakfast was good. It was great to have ample space for walking our dogs. Another great thing was the number of restaurants in the area. If I travel up and down 95 again, then I will certainly stay at this hotel.
