I’ve stay at this location many times. Staff is always friendly, they know me by name. I usually get to check in early. The room are starting to show their age as last refresh was in 2006. Still a nice place to stay. It’s close to the freeway, stores, and food.

Front desk service is good.
Just average room clean
Bathtub water valve did not working properly.
No hot breakfast was provided. But enjoyed very good coffee machine.

The bathroom ceiling had rust on it the toilet paper holder broke in my hands and the tub didn't hold water which wasnt horrible but I needed a hot bath to relax and it wouldnt hold water! The room itself was neat and nice but the tv didnt have instructions so no idea what could watch.

Karen at the breakfast bar was wonderful. She kept the food trays full and the table clean for the next guest. Rooms were clean and neat. Check in was fast and organized. Great place to stoop and rest while traversing lower Michigan. Location to everything was good.

Enjoyed my solo night thanks again staff was great everything was fun had some fun in the pool I feel ill be back again for that pool and ECT. I would love to live here one of the best and preferred places so welcoming so laid back piece are fair and money well spent

The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. In particular, Dominque was incredibly helpful and proactive in treating me like a special guest. I asked to stay an extra night and she made sure I was in the system so that when I came to check out and check in again, it was ready to go and happened quickly. I was working the Michigan Renaissance Festival and was very tired so I appreciated her thoughtfulness.

The Best Western was great with dealing with a group of hockey players that I put in the location. No problems everything was smooth and would use them again for our group needs! Booking was a smooth procedure and no issues when booking my group for just the one night.

It’s not the worst, but it’s pretty run-down. It could also be cleaner. The hole in the wall where the thermostat should be is not only ugly, but creepy. The door to the adjoining room was unlocked. The bathroom floor was dirty. The bed had glitter on it. The hotel was sold out so I couldn’t move and it was too late to get another hotel.

They were so kind and helpful, especially with helping us get settled after a house fire. They were very courteous when checking us in, and even helped keep us in our room and extending our stay past the weekend once we learned we wouldn’t be moving back to our house. Karen, the breakfast host, was very kind and helpful. Her friendliness really made my day. Also, she let me know the Coffee machine was always on!
