Location is really great, very close to the hiking trail we went. They also did a free upgrade for our room as the period we stayed were not high season. Room view is super nice. Room also very spacious. Shower is hot and strong. Definitely delightful experience.

Restaurant ? Cantine? Cuisine surgelée ? Si les chambres sont correctes, la nourriture du « restaurant « est franchement immangeable: horrible !!! Fuyez c’est du surgelé réchauffé et encore du surgelé bas de gamme! Heureusement il y a de très bons restaurants dans les alentours!

Kurzurlaub 4 Tage,,,Herzlicher Empfang im Hotel von ( Sebastian ) schöne renovierte und saubere Zimmer mit Balkon ,,,mega Aussicht auf die Berge ,,,sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet ,,,das Highlight war immer das Nachtessen ( Halbpension) im Hotel eigenen Rest.il forno ,wir lieben italienische Küche und ital.,Weine ,,,sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service ,,,Herr Mettler der (Chef ) hat alle Gäste täglich Abends begrüßt ( was man bei uns im Aargau /Zürich zu selten mehr sieht ) ,,, gute ÖV Verbindungen,,, Tipp: Bergbahnbillette an der Rezeption lösen ,,, für eus isches en gelungener Kurzurlaub gsi ,,, mir chömed wieder,,, Lisa & Ueli

Das Hotel des Alpes heisst einem sehr herzlich und warm willkommen und bietet einen aussergewöhnlichen Standard für die Hotelkategorie. Das Frühstück verzaubert mit Cappuccino und frischen Obstsalat, was wirklich einen Unterschied am Morgen macht. Das inhabergeführte Hotel steht im ruhigeren und weniger touristischen Flims-Waldhaus. Es liegt direkt in der Nähe der Postauto-Station, so dass man eine hervorragende ÖV-Anbindung hat. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert, grosszügig geschnitten und haben alle einen Balkon. Das echte Highlight ist das Personal. Super freundlich, kompetent und einfach klasse. Kleiner Tip. Die Tickets für die Bergbahnen im Hotel kaufen. Viel billiger!

I can only recommend the beautiful Hotel des Alpes in Flims ❤️! The hospitality of the hotel staff was amazing throughout our stay and they really stole our hearts when they organized a warm welcome to our two dogs by providing them with a nice bed, as well as food and water bowls. The hotel is in excellent central location and the rooms are modern and clean. A modern swimming pool with a fantastic mountain view was just a cherry on top of this amazing experience. Keep up the good work!!

Très bel établissement avec un accueil très sympa, simple mais efficace avec belle et grande piscine et un parking fermé pour les motos. Facilité avec le restaurant fans le même bâtiment. Joli petit déjeuner avec un large choix de produits de la région.

The friendliest service ever - that is definitely not a given in Switzerland! It makes other "mistakes" seem insignificant. The in-house restaurant il Forno is highly recommended! Wonderful house 🌟

The Hotel des Alpes has very spacious, pleasant, newly renovated rooms and is perfectly adequate for a sports holiday. Very friendly and informal hosts and staff. The food in the restaurant is also excellent! We can only recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.
