We recently stayed 3 nights at Waldhaus to Ski/Spa, and there is no better place to do both. The hotel has been refurbished and improved since our last visit over 10 years ago, and I think it is better for it. The hotel has retained its charming elegance, while adding some good features. There are now more restaurants and bars, and all are good, nice food, atmospheric. The rooms now have high quality modern ensuite bathrooms. The setting of the hotel with its extensive grounds, elegant canopied walkways and beautiful forested backdrop, is spectacular and beautiful. All best enjoyed from the terrace bar with its sumptuous couches. The new Brasserie has a stunning view out to the old Flims and mountain backdrop. The SPA is gorgeous, the outdoor heated pool is beyond amazing, sitting on the bubble racks, starring at the snow covered trees as the snow drifts down on you, wow! It is all expensive, but then Switzerland is, but this is a place to save up for and come to if you want to enjoy lifes great pleasures.

Das Besuch war schön und eine Freude. Jeder Service makellos! Die Zimmers waren ebenfalls sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist praktisch, Parkplätze vorhanden. Insgesamt ein Hotel der Mittelklasse. Für eine Geschäftliche Unterkunft sicherlich geeignet

Loved our stay! Our room was lovely and well appointed, service was very good, the breakfast was a highlight. They have a shuttle to pick you up from the bus stop. They were right on time. We took the train in from Zurich to Chur then caught a bus. Chur station wasn’t manned at all and we weren’t sure which ticket to buy out of the machine but we managed to get a ticket and find the bus what dropped us at the correct station. The bus driver didn’t speak English so be prepared. Anyway, lovely all around, loved their spa and pools, tea station and nice vibe all around.

The Hotel Waldhaus is closed and bankrupt!!!! Vers sad. It was the failure of the Management. The American owners did. Not unterstand the Business and wanted only make Money instead of serving the guests. Shame on you!!

Magnifique hôtel de type Victorien sur une colline avec un panorama grandiose des hauts sommets avoisinants. Un wellness high level de toute beauté et avec des soins de qualité. Un espace de repos après le massage. Une salle fitness très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner grandiose. Bref à découvrir!

Weekend di Pasqua con mio marito Arrivati stanchi e stressati dal lavoro, ci hanno accolto con gentilezza cercando di soddisfare nel possibile tutte le nostre richieste Non soddisfatti della camera assegnataci per una vista Monti non proprio come desideravo , mi ha hanno applicato upgrading free e ho potuto scegliere la camera che preferivo . Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff, bar/ ristoranti/ Spa e al servizio reception ….sopratutto il Signore persiano ! Albergo molto bello da set cinematografico( non a caso il regista Sorrentino l’ha scelto per un suo film) ed e’la seconda volta che veniamo per il suo bellissimo parco, la scelta dei ristoranti, la Spa ma sopratutto la sua piscina esterna riscaldata con lettini in acqua…davvero una coccola top!!!

Just simply terrible. Starts off with no staff to clean the rooms at check in. No staff at spa to give basic things like towels etc. No turn down service and then they don’t believe you and they keep arguing about it especially a gentlemen named Mr Werner. Extremely extremely rude person. Now he wants to charge me for the water after spending 2000 euros a night . The point is not the cost but the fact that he does not believe you and at 11 in the night argues about it…just simply terrible service

Ein wunderschöner Spa Nachmittag im Hotel Waldhaus mit erstklassiger Massage! Leider statt herzlich willkommen geheissen zu werden mit einem Wohlfühl-Satz, wurden wir zuerst darauf aufmerksam gemacht zu bezahlen. Dazu passte das Ende, statt ein“ Hat es Ihnen bei uns gefallen und wir würden uns freuen Sie wieder zu sehen“, wurden wir erneut direkt von Sophie der Empfamgsdame mit den Worten auf unsere offenen 20 CHF Trinkgeld verabschiedet.
