Mauritius is really a beautiful country where you can feel free and at ease. Choose this hotel over thousands of times.
Environment: very good
Health: Not bad
Service: It's really bad. I can't speak English and I said I don't understand. My husband was not allowed to eat at dinner because he didn't bring long pants. He said he was disheveled. It's understandable because basically French people asked the guest room to order food and directly said no, and takeout was also not allowed.
Overall, have a great time traveling and remember to bring some pants and a suit.

Magnifique séjour, très reposant, un service de qualité et une discrétion irréprochable. L’équipe de BABITA du service chambre est professionnelle, agréable, toujours souriante et à l’écoute. Au Spa, le dr PRAVEEN nous a prodigué de bons conseils avec bienveillance. Une mention spéciale pour YESHNA qui nous a accompagné lors de notre consultation avec le dr PRAVEEN. À la salle de Fitness, BRYAN est très agréable et très compétent, il nous a donné de précieux conseils. Au restaurant Casinne, SHARONNE toujours souriante, nous a bien conseillé sur la carte en tenant compte de nos envies du moment. Merci aux majordomes KANEN et ASH toujours disponibles pour nous apporter tous les services nécessaires à notre bien être. This is our second time at this hotel. Big wonderful changes, we are pleasantly surprised. Cleanliness in the villa, impeccable service .The staff is very professional and friendly, it's nice to see a sincere smile everywhere. Special thanks to our butler Ash , who helped us to fall in love with the island and the local cuisine. Many thanks to Akeel - he organized an unforgettable dinner for us . He understood us from a half-word, which speaks of high professionalism and, most importantly, the desire to do everything for the guests . We will definitely come back, we will be waiting to meet friends and the amazing island

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Maradiva. Un cadre totalement intimiste pour se reposer et profiter pleinement en couple. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Kanen, notre majordome était soucieux de notre bien être durant tout le séjour. Shenaaz a assuré notre confort dans la villa et Madasseer, le chef cuisto a ravi nos papilles. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience pleine de douceur.

Zu 95 % perfekter Service, wunderbarer Butler Kanen, Best of Massage & Wellness Rekha, Dr N. mit seiner geduldigen Einführung in Ayurveda , der immer zuvorkommende und aufmerksamer Service am Strand, der besonders zuvorkommende Service italienische Restaurant mit Anekhta (phonetisch) und die immer zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Hanah von der Rezeption/Organisation. Und nicht zuletzt der immer präsente Manager M. Blanchard.

We had a wonderful time at this great hotel. We choose 2 bedroom villa. The villa is spacious, comfortable with a swimming pool. Staff is nice, friendly and responsive . Big thanks to Aki, Sharon, Hisha. The hotel area is beautiful and well-groomed.
