The Villas Caroline is a hotel to feel good! My friend and I spent 2 weeks here. It is very centrally located, there are many restaurants in the area (Mauritian cuisine, Italian, Indian,…). We only booked breakfast, which was very extensive (crêpes, bread, fruit, muesli, omelette,…).
What we liked best was the phenomenal view from our room (room 345). All rooms have sea views and a terrace or balcony.
Problems with the room were resolved immediately.
We will definitely come back!
The following points were also positive:
- very friendly staff
- Reef for snorkeling directly in the sea of the hotel beach
- Loungers at the beach and pool
- Pool
- varied animation, as well as a pool table
- Possibility to book various tours at the hotel
- Possibility to rent a car (€33 per day)
- Air conditioner
- Diving school next to the hotel

- Hotel is very much designed for French guests
- Bathroom a bit older, some with mold

The family suite was awful and very old. The Saturday buffet is fine but having rounded potato fries instead a gratin spoilt evrything. The fish is not soft at all. There is only rice and bread. No pasta at all! This menu needs to be revised and be coherent with other food items.

Nous avons passé 10 jours magnifiques. Tout était au top. Nous avions une chambre rénovée et elles ont toutes vue sur mer. On a dû changer de chambre après 2 jours en raison de la disponibilité et l’hôtel nous a offert 2 massages en compensation. Tout est propre et la nourriture est excellente et très variée. La plage est magnifique et il y a toujours des transats disponibles. Un peu de coraux à l’entrée de l’eau mais le sable est très doux et la mer limpide. On peut faire du snorkeling juste devant l’hôtel. Mais ce qui en fait un hôtel exceptionnel ce sont les gens. Merci à l’équipe d’animation qui savent nous faire danser et qui sont toujours disponibles. Merci à toute l’équipe du bar. Les cocktails sont excellents, les barman ont toujours le sourire et sont à notre écoute et merci à toute l’équipe du restaurant. Ils ont toujours un petit mot et ils sont aux petits soins. Pour notre dernière soirée, nous avons eu une table à l’écart, près de la piscine et décorée avec soin par « Vanessa :-) » dans un cadre très romantique. Bref, nous reviendrons à Villas Caroline sans hésiter.

Très bon hôtel avec un personnel très agréable, nourriture excellente,le seul hic c est à l arrivée. On arrive à l hôtel a 13h30 un petit jus de fruits est offert on nous explique que nos chambres sont prêtes et que le all inclusive commence a 14h00 sauf que le restaurant ferme a 14h00 du coup on est allés manger a l extérieur . Au départ la même chose on doit partir de l hôtel a 18h00 vous pouvez manger à midi ensuite on vous coupe le bracelet,donc on doit payer pour boire c est la 1ere fois que nous voyons ça dans un hôtel all inclusive dommage

nous avons sejourne dans cet hothel deux semaines tres bien dans l ensemble , mis a part quelque petits defauts la formule All in n est pas tres au point nous sommes arrivè a 10 h il ne vous donne rien a manger ni a boire avant 14h le depart de votre tt inclu , nous avons trouvè cela mesquin et pour le depart c est pareil de plus le gouter c est juste du cafe et deux gateaux , pas de fruits il faut en plus donner son num de chambre

Nous venons de passer une semaine à villas Caroline l'hôtel est plutôt sympa Mais quel dommage que notre séjour ai été gâché par l'incompétence des 2 personnes de la réception. Nous avions réservé un séjour en all inclusive facture à l'appui et dès le mercredi ses 2 femmes nous ont coupé les bracelets qui donnent accès au all inclusive car soit disant nous n'avions pas le droit aux boissons (même à une carafe d'eau) une honte. A partir de ce moment là nous avons été traités comme des Voleurs et ils n'ont rien fait pour régler notre problème. Cependant certains membres du personnel sont restés très correct avec nous .Merci à Teshan et Vicki Micaela

Wir waren von vorne bis hinten wunschlos Glücklich! Hervorheben möchte ich vor allem die Jungs an der Bar, Andy und Cedric die immer Laune gemacht haben, Shanil als Bedienung und Frau Briggite die unsern traumhaften Heiratsantrag am Strand organisiert hat! Man merkt wirklich das jeder Spaß an der Arbeit hat. Ganz liebe Grüße ans ganze Team Eure Melisa und Basti!
