Super 8 by Wyndham Asheville Airport

The truth is that I didn't like the room, it had a very bad smell like a cigarette, the toiletries were reused, the laying was dirty, it smelled very bad, I didn't like it at all

The property needs a upgrade the plugs in the wall dont work the door look like it needs to be replaced. The bed was uncomfortable. But it was very quiet and away from the main traffic

I’m still waiting on my refund. room was not available at time of arrival.

I cannot believe this room was 150 a night. The sheets were clearly not new. They had stains. The door area was flooded. I know there was a hurricane but that passed and they did not even mop up the flooded water at the entry of door. The room smelled moldy and gross. There were stains on the dark out shades that looked to be blood. They had chain locks. There was a dirty sock under the chair. I moved chair to under the handle of door for extra safety and there it was which meant housekeeping did not move the chair. Furniture is worn out. All night long someone messing with my door. Not sure if it was kids that were running around, someone checking doors for free place to stay, or someone coming to rob me. I should have just stayed in my car on I-40. Felt much safer on I-40 but after Helene felt hotel would be safer. I was wrong. The next night I luckily found the Hilton Garden Inn down the road and they had electricity and the room was awesome. Only 30 bucks more and hot breakfast, fresh coffee, and dinner. Again 30 bucks more. I did not make the reservation, My husband did because I had not cell or Internet. If I had seen the price, I would not have booked it given the reviews of hotel and the pictures online. I was right. This hotel the maximum price should not be 55 per room. 150 a night. Give me a break. I have stayed at Air BnBs with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen laundry, etc that were less than 150 a night. 150 a night to me is like super great hotel.

Never stay here The ceiling had cracks. The toilet backed up when you flushed it. The front desk just dropped off a plunger and left. No follow up at all. The lobby smelled. You can tell they don't clean the rooms that well.

Property needs improvements We had to cancel our reservation due to a family matter and did not stay in the rooms so my review concerns the property itself. I feel this property is in desperate need of updating to represent the brand. Prices in Ashville are pretty high in this was to be a value stay for my family however, the condition of the property was not up to Super 8 standards in my opinion.
