Beautifull place, dreamy front porch, very nice host! This house is ten years older then the Titanic we were told, and the owners take such good care of it, adding their current vision while preserving the beauty of the past. The beds and pillows were amazing, wonderfull room. Nice, very good restaurant nearby, all and all: wish we could have stayed longer. But this was our last day before returning to The Netherlands

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I couldn’t thank Brandon enough for how welcoming and kind he was. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting this area. I will definitely be coming back during my next visit!

Had a wonderful stay Fri-Sun in the Emory room. So convenient for ski days out at Belleayre Mountain, private, and comfortable. Shadowcrest had everything we needed and wanted. A beautifully, well preserved space that feels like home, clean bedsheets/bathroom/etc, warm water with great water pressure, chairs/ottomans/luggage rack to keep all our belongings off the floor, electric kettle, microwave, mini fridge, beautifully decorated common spaces to relax, and a dining room where you could grab a bite and cup of coffee for breakfast before an early morning on the slopes. Max and Brendan were so kind and helpful throughout booking, check in, and check out. Couldn't have asked for more and we're looking forward to our next stay!

The property is unique, victorian stile very well kept. Brendan, the host, is very nice and helpful. The bed was amazing, we had one of the best night sleep of our lives. Just be careful because the closest restaurants can be closed in certain days of the week.
