Premier Inn Fleet. Booking and checking in was smooth and efficient. Good location. Friendly and engaging customer service from the staff who were available at all times. Facilities were the usual standard to be expected from Premier Inns which I have enjoyed in the past. Overall good value.

Excellent value for money very clean spacious family room that was comfy, helpful and pleasant staff and great breakfast just what we needed. Plenty of paid parking onsite and easy to get to fleet centre.

Overall great experience… room was comfortable and a good size. The restaurant was well organised and provided quick service with good food. Would recommend for business trips, family’s, friends etc….

Short stay to visit family. The hotel is excellently located for walking from the railway station, walking into town (15-20 mins) and bus routes directly outside hotel. The location of the hotel being on the edge of town means it is a quiet location. Proximity to the station is not an issue, and you cannot hear trains. Outside the station is Fleet Pond which has a 1 hour walk path around the pond. The benefit of staying at a Premier Inn anywhere is the branding and knowledge of what to expect in your room. Fleet is a great reflection of the standard of the brand. The team are all friendly and professional. I particularly want to praise Christine, the very busy chef, for breakfast service on the two days of our stay. All the hot breakfast options were always available, and replenished without delay or prompting. The mushrooms, are the best I have had in any Premier Inn. Requests for scrambled eggs were met without delay. Opportunities -comment have already been made about the hot drinks dispenser being out of order -improve the contract with the maintenance company to ensure immediate/faster response -perhaps carry some sachets/tins of alternative premium coffee options -maybe negotiate a fall back supply contract with Costa Coffee in the garage across the way -I had to ring at the reception on arrival, which was because the duty receptionist was taking delivery of supplies -ensure auto check in machines are functioning -microphone in the delivery area with speaker in the reception area to enable the receptionist to inform customers -alternatively a small chalk board so the receptionist can display that they will be away for some time and why -screen in delivery area so receptionist can see people waiting in the check in area -At breakfast serving staff were in the kitchen area helping with tasks, and we had a short wait before we were signed in and showed to a table -screen in the kitchen so the entry area to the restaurant can be seen. We enjoyed our stay and make the comments constructively a nd not to complain.

Again, a Premier Inn that is located conveniently for the railway station which makes a big difference to me as a plus. First impressions at ground floor level were all positive; the room was less impressive as being a little tired. At first I thought the bottom of the lavatory bowl was dirty but this was apparently quite a large area where the enamel had worn off. A room that was clean but minor disturbance was occasionally had by the creaking floorboards above. I chose to have breakfast on all three mornings and this was good value by today's standards. However, the coffee machine was out of order for the duration so coffee had to be a sachet of Nescafe in a mug - adding hot water...just as I would do in my room. No big issues and no reason not to stay here again. It served its purpose at a price that was not excessive.
