The was not well cleaned at the arrival. The belongings of the previous travelers were on the wardrobe. ( used sleepers, socks and chocolates package remnants) During our stay they only make up the beds, changed towels regularly. But they never cleaned room and bathroom. They should renovate the Hôtel completely. It was a real disappointment.

Nous avons été très déçus par l'accueil réservé. Nous avons réservé une suite junior pour 3 personnes et on s'est vu attribuer un casier à ski pour 2 personnes. Nous signalons à la réception que nous ne pouvons pas y rentrer toutes nos chaussures de ski mais on nous répond qu'il n'y a pas de solution étant donné que l'hôtel est complet. Devant notre insistance on nous propose la bagagerie (grande ouverte à plusieurs moments de la journée et loin d'être idéale pour sécher des chaussures). Nous voilà donc avec les chaussures de ski dans la chambre 😤 Dommage car à côté de ça l'hôtel a de nombreux atouts comme un buffet très varié.

Friendly hotel, nice staff and perfect location. Probably best to avoid rooms 200 - 203 as noise from bar above. Apart from that it was a good stay. Ski hire was good and the locker room. Spa pool is small in real life. Bar was excellent and well priced.

They live up to their friendly name! Group of 12 of us stayed for a week and we loved it. Helpful friendly staff, tasty beer, good food, amazing views. A couple of things extra we asked for were no trouble including ice for an injury and a spare card for our room. Thanks, we had a great stay!

Merci à toute l'équipe du TOTEM pour ce sejour. Tout était parfait : accueil, chambres, repas, spa. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. L'équipe a été au petit soin avec nous, toujours à l'écoute et prévenante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un prochain séminaire.

Un très grand bravo et un très grand merci pour la qualité des prestations que réserve le Totem à Flaine. Idéalement situé, cet hôtel au très beau design vous accueille avec son équipe avec gentillesse, sympathie et professionnalisme ! Le restaurant est excellent que ce soit au petit déjeuner, à midi ou le soir avec des buffets copieux et variés. Les chambres sont de qualité. Le spa et la salle fitness vous accueillent à bras ouverts. L’équipe de location de ski est très professionnel. Cet hôtel est à recommander et mériterait une quatrième étoile. Merci à vous et à bientôt !

Maire- Christine and Marlene are just amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. The hotel is located perfectly for all levels of skiers. I can imagine the location and hotel being awesome in the summer too. Service on point with very sizeable rooms .. will definitely rebook .. Nat Sammon

I am due to visit the hotel in a couple of weeks but the communication and customer service I have received in the build up to the trip has been appalling. I requested to extend my trip and was told a price. I accepted this price and confirmed I’d call and arrangement payment after changing flights. I called to make payment and within an hour the price had doubled. The staff member admitted it was their error. I am now at a loss as I would not have changed my flights if I was given the correct price initially. I have raised multiple concerns and have requested that the hotel rectify their mistake but am continually getting ignored via email and telephone. I have attempted to escalate this complaint but the ‘director’ has ignored my concerns and any contact I have made since. I should be grateful if a member of the senior management team would please reach out so we can progress this matter.
