Estadias ótimas , lugar muito bonito, hotel e as instalações excelentes. Único problema não tem Wi-Fi . Precisa comprar o Wi-Fi

We hebben genoten van de mooie zomerse omgeving en de goed uitgeruste accommodatie. Prettige ontvangst. Fijn beddengoed en bedtextiel, Ook fijn gezwommen in het verwarmde binnen- en buitenbad met sauna, stoombad en whirlpool. Mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Prachtige vergezichten en met de kabelbaan van Flaine naar het mooie uitzicht op de Mont Blanc gekeken. Alles was goed verzorgd, broodjes makkelijk te bestellen en ook fijne badjas en slippers om naar de welness te gaan. Ook de parkeergarage was handig, meteen met de lift naar het appartement. Het appartement is hooggelegen, dus je moet niet bang zijn om op grote hoogte te rijden.

We absolutely loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there. The views are amazing too. Apartment was well furnished and worked well for our family of five. Summer pass was great advantage. There was one Spar very close and some other groceries nearby. The Super U was 30min away.

Nous venons d'arriver à notre appartement pour un séjour de 4 nuits. Les hôtesses d'accueil sont très agréables. Il y a des chariots à l'entrée pour transporter les bagages, ce qui est très utile. Nous avons pu avoir notre appartement plus tôt que prévu. L'appartement est plutôt confort. Toutefois la cuisine est un peu petite surtout le frigo pour une famille de 4 personnes. Petit bémol sur la propreté: poubelle non enlevée dans la cuisine, une touffe de cheveux dans le salon et un peignoir un peu jauni. Le pass activités Flaine est octroyé qu'à partir de 7jours de location et les activités proposées par la résidence pour les enfants sont payantes. Je finirai par la tuyauterie brocante de la douche et les portes qui grincent.

Résidence de très bon standing. Appartements spacieux et bien équipés. Tous les services sur place. Cours de skis devant la résidence, piscine, jacuzzi, supérette dans l’établissement, …. La résidence se trouve un peu à l’écart de l’agitation de la station tout en restant facile d’accès en ski, à pied, ou en navette.

Fantastic second stay, myself and my sister have just spent our second year at this hotel and it’s fantastic, very clean, tidy, warm and well equipped. There is a breakfast order system the night before for next day perfect for a croissant and baguette to take up the slopes. The outdoor pool, sauna and steam room is great however gets busy quickly but fantastic after a tough ski session. (I recommend sitting in the sauna till you need to cold plunge to the outdoor pool). There are two supermarkets in walking distance and a few ski shops. Ski in and ski out is fantastic great for beginners as well was last year. If you don’t want to do a ski in and out there is a great free shuttle bus in and out which runs every 15 mins and takes you into the forum. Cannot recommend enough.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cette résidence: Points positifs: La literie de bonne qualité, et des rangements suffisants La salle de bain très grande (sauf la baignoire qui était longue mais pas large, et on se prend la barre sur le côté du mur dans les cuisses quand on se douche debout), la terrasse même située coté intérieur La possibilité d'emprunter des jeux de sociétés récents et très populaires, c'est un réel plus que nous avons apprécié Le personnel très sympathique Points négatifs: Salle de sport située au dessus de la piscine, exposée sud ouest, sans possibilité d'ouvrir pour aérer et pas de clim, il faisait au moins 28-30 degrés dans cette salle, ce qui la rend inutilisable en journée et en début de soirée, et le rameur concept2 était HS. Il faut vraiment revoir cette salle qui est trop chaude en été pour pouvoir être utilisée, même la fontaine à eau sort de l'eau tiède tellement la pièce est chaude.

Ok - further into the centre than advertised. Outside pool cold and inside spa little tired. Apartment was good but the balcony doors and windows have no locks so we wouldn’t book again with a 3 year old. Reception service very mixed. When we arrived I came in to ask about parking pre check in as had the kids in the car - I was given directions to the parking. When I got there I pressed the button to get in to be told I had to come back and check in before parking….. Similarly trying to buy drinks from behind reception or the bar - told the wrong person was on/no keys… Overall I’d book closer to the centre - the ‘luxury’ tag isn’t justified.
