Clean and no smell. The happiest thing for us as a group of three is that the manager assigned a room (with 2 beds) that includes a smaller room (with 1 bed) so that the three of us can have one's own bed. This is better than 3 people on 2 beds as all the other hotels/motels would treat us. The air conditioner, though, is noisy because of the age. Since the temperature is not hot in early August, we can do without air conditioning.

I tried to cancel this reservation through y'all and heard no response. We arrived and the place was absolutely nothing as it pictured on your site. The place was horrible and we didn't stay. You need to respond to your customers.

The worst hotel of the last ten years. Filthy, outdated, rusty, holes in blankets, a disgrace. The floor was so filthy that we didn't dare to put our luggage on it... Don't stay here. The pictures attached will show that we don't exaggerate at all.

My recent stay at this establishment left much to be desired. To put it bluntly, the condition of the place was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked into my room, I couldn't help but notice how run-down everything looked. The signs of wear and tear were everywhere, giving the impression that maintenance had been sorely neglected. The most glaring issue was the condition of the bedding. There were noticeable holes in the sheets on the bed, which not only looked unsightly but also made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. It was clear that these sheets had seen better days.

The owners are absolute sweethearts definitely will come back for a stay we were stranded by the greyhound bus and thankfully they had a room they fed us and gave us coffee since we spent the rest of our money getting a room

We hadn’t even stayed one night before we had to ask to check out… There’s furniture like mattress and dressers just propped outside (they were there the entire time we were in flagstaff) when you walk into room 104 right on the door it says “watch step”, assuming just the door frame… nope. There was a 5” drop off once you entered the door.. MAJOR Saftey issue! secondly, the floors were not vacuumed at all. You can see the dirt between the night stands and beds. Our sheets had stains on them before we could lay in them. Lastly our shower has black mold growing in it. How unsafe is that!! Brought it to management/“owners” attention and he told me mold wasn’t toxic to the human and it was ok for people to be using the shower/using the hotel room.. offered me a room to switch for the night after I came back from discussing with my fiancé, the owner changed his mind and told us we couldn’t switch rooms until the next night (we booked for two night stay) and refund us one night. We said absolutely not. It is unsafe for ANYONE to be staying over night here, let alone standing in here. Please do not stay here!!

After reading many reviews, it appeared there could either be a disaster or a great stay for great price . I decided to take a chance and was delighted . The owner is very friendly and helpful for local eating advice and the room was beautiful ! It had very warm colors and decor . There was nothing to complain about . It was clean and the bed was very comfortable . Even the view out the door was pretty with the few tall pines . The only downside in my expectations is that I thought we could easily walk to a nearby bar or pub like place but there was a ton of traffic being detoured until late at night . Everything was about a half mile away or more on foot . We had some great pizza next store and had breakfast at a wonderful retro cafe on our way out . I’d go back anytime .

Walls paper thin. Prices are high all over Arizona. I think they are trying to make up COVID losses in this season. The room had tried to be remodeled but it was poorly done. Paint can’t fix all. Even the shower was difficult. Needed a strongman just to turn on the water.

I usually don't write reviews, but I encourage you to spend the 10-20 dollars more and stay somewhere else. Our room was in poor condition, and the heater was coming out of the wall. They had put a space heater in the room instead. We had a hard time getting a refund from the manager. It was very stressful.
