The hotel is good in every aspect. It also has a self-service laundry, which is very convenient for travelers. The breakfast buffet is also pretty good.

It was a great value for the price in this newly updated hotel with a good complimentary breakfast. We loved the Northern Pines restaurant for dinner that the awesome hotel clerk recommended and it was a quick walk across the parking lot at the Days Inn hotel surprisingly! The NP restaurant menu was vast and the food and cocktails were wonderful. We gave it only a 4 star due to no fault of the hotel. The road construction outside makes it super confusing to find especially after dark. When the road is fixed, it would make a 5 star easily.

Recently renovated, this hotel provided a comfortable and efficient one night stay in Flagstaff. The room was thoughtfully appointed and everything was in working order. Breakfast the next day was substantial. Staff were helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

They are in the finishing stages of a remodel, but it does not interfere with a good stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was decent. The customer service was average. Cons- They charge $7.50 a day for parking. additionally, my television wasn't working, and they were unable to fix it. I was told there was no other rooms available to switch to. their only concession was to offer my 1,000 IHG points. Sounds like a lot, but it really only amounts to about $1 to $2 if you accumulate enough points to use it. I expected to get a discount on my hotel stay.... in the $25-50 range. not acceptable

This hotel is undergoing a remodel. So I understand that there are challenges but the customer service on July 15-16, 2024 was terrible. I asked the front desk clerk if I could buy a soda here, because where their drinks and snacks had been, she said she sure at the market and pointed around the corner. There were no drinks or snacks. I came back to here and she said I meant at the store across the street. So they had no drinks, no snacks, no onsite Coke machines. This was at midnight. Then we asked for a late check-out. Mind you, we are Diamond Elite members, and the answer was no. The mattresses were worn and lumpy. However, the room was clean. The lighting in the room was glaringly bright. The pool was empty of water.

Stayed here for a week. Was charged an $85 parking fee. Two tractor trailer trucks took up 6 spaces each as well as spaces being blocked off with cones for tour buses to arrive.. when I complained I was told I should be grateful that I only paid $85 because I booked with Priceline. They typical charge $150.. unbelievable. It appears there are more rooms than parking spaces, due to this I could understand a fee, but charging me a fee and then allowing all these spaces to be unavailable is unacceptable. Room was clean and breakfast was decent.. tour busses come in a couple times a week so if you don’t get breakfast by 8am many things are out..

Holiday Inn called us at around 8:10 PM on the day of our arrival and we are 1.5hours away to cancel our room because their pipe burst or something. We asked for another room but they said no and they will cancel our room. We told them that it’s late and it’s hard to find another place to stay plus we have a small kid with us but they did not offer any assistance to us. They just said don’t continue to drive to the hotel.
