Three of us stayed at Chequers Inn for three nights in two separate rooms. The first night there was a private party downstairs, with the obligatory noise you'd expect . I was aware of it beforehand as we had tried to book dinner and was told we were unable to for that particular night due to the party, so was prepared Not sure if any of our fellow guests were made aware of it though,as there were a few grumbles at breakfast. To be fair we received an apology from the staff the following morning however it was all over around midnight, but just unfortunate for those who prefer an early night. The rooms if I'm honest could do with a bit of a refresh, but due to the age of the building its hard to keep things ultra modern. Beds very comftable, lovely fresh bedding, and rooms were presentable and spacious. Staff so friendly and welcoming and just a nice atmosphere as soon as we walked in the door.Breakfast was one of the best we have had for accommodation of this type, and dinner was truly excellent ,we all had something different and all meals were equally delicious, with quality products used. Fladbury iitself s a small charming village between Evesham and Pershore and it suited our needs perfectly, as could acces our destinations with ease, we had no issue with parking during our stay ,and we all agreed Chequers was excellent value for money. We were sad to leave to be honest and could have easily stayed another night . Many thanks to all the staff concerned for making our stay so enjoyable.
