Super hotel. Family with two small kids. Everything you could wish for and the staff all tried really hard to make the experience as pleasant as possible. A great holiday made better knowing the Lacknerhof team had it all under control. Hard to beat

Nice view, nice staff. Gabi is the best in the playing area. Stefan, Attila, and Eszter were very kind to us. The guy from the child food was also so helpful. The hotel is well situated, just few minutes to the Achterjet. The food was amazing! Perfect with children.

Tolles Ambiente Sehr gutes Service - extrem freundlich und sehr kompetent Die Menü Auswahl ist sehr abwechslungsreich, extrem lecker und immer für jeden was dabei. Selten wo so eine gute Küche. Von uns würden die KöchInnen mind. 4 Hauben bekommen.

3. mal da, hat sich nichts verändert! Essen und Personal, außergewöhnlich; ok, manch ungarischer Neuzugang hatte einige kleine Probleme in die Spur zu kommen, aber das ist absolut OK. Wie die letzten Jahre auch, kleine Mankos zu berichten: Sitzbank im Schistall sollte man mal optimieren; die Polsterung rutscht in alle Richtungen davon UND NERVT. Die Bänke im Schistall selber müssen raus! Weil sie immer vor irgendjemandes Spind stehen und Chaos verursachen. Das Spind 360 und 361 (ev mehrere von Leuten im Einzelzimmer) KEINE Schuhheizung haben, finde ich äußerst ignorant; das muss weg. Weiterhin finde ich, das es Sinn machen würde, im Wellness Bereich permanent jemanden vor Ort zu haben. Es gibt immer wieder Deppen die ihren Fortpflanz in den Saunabereich mitnehmen müssen, auch wenn es dort Einschränkungen gibt So oder so, jammern auf hohem Niveau. Eine Top Location, auch wenn SKY TV, in all den 3 Jahren, nie funktioniert hat, obwohl großmundig am Zimmer angepriesen; aber wer kommt zum Fernsehen hierher; im Winter wirds hier eng werden in Zukunft, wenn es mit dem Trend so weiter geht und schon Anfang Februar +10 Grad hat auf 1400m

Äußerst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Zimmer und Essen wirklich toll. Im Wellnessbereich war ich (leider) nicht, das hole ich nach, denn ich komme - diesmal privat - defintiv wieder! Ich habe wirklich selten erlebt, dass wenn man in einem Hotel um etwas fragt, das innerhalb von 30 Minuten erledigt wird. Man merkt, dass das Hotel trotz seiner Größe noch familiengeführt ist. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

This hotel has some amazingly courteous staff, from front desk to housekeepers, restaurant service, and everyone else. The food was plentiful and very good, and beverage prices appropriate. There is a terrific wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and steam rooms, and a great choice of things to do for the children. The one thing that diminished the overall experience is the building's decor. It's Disneyland (with less taste) not fitting the Alpine environment. When I saw "Schlosshotel", I expected a retrofitted ancient building not a fake castle with crystal chandeliers and kitschy decor.

Great location Very dedicated, courteous and helpful staff Food absolutely great and high quality, daily changing menus. Room was spacious Hotel facilities and spa were great overall. 3 Pools, water slides.

Great hotel for children and families. Great facilities, lots of warm swimming pools, water slides and water fun. Great food, breakfast and dinner with large variety and comfort. Creative cleaning crew setting our bed cover is funny shapes every day. We really enjoyed our stay.
