Einfach ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub !! Wir können den Felsenhof von Herzen weiter empfehlen ❤️ Wir waren eine Woche im Januar als Familie mit unseren Freunden da und haben jede Sekunde genossen. So ein schönes , durchdachtes Hotel ! Da es einfach alles für die Kinder gab und sie sowas von zufrieden waren, waren wir Eltern auch happy :) Spielezimmer direkt im Restaurant , toller Kids Club , das Essen wirklich super lecker jeden Tag. Die Zimmer groß und sauber , überall liebe Mitarbeiter die auch ganz süß zu den Kids waren 🥰 Toller Wellnessbereich, der Außenpool mit Blick auf die Berge der HAMMER !! Großer Spielplatz direkt am Hotel und der Hotelberg hat für Groß und Klein auch viel zu bieten. Danke für die zauberhafte Woche - wir kommen spätestens nächsten Januar wieder ❤️

Die Kissen sind zu hoch gewesen, vielleicht kleinere in die Auswahl nehmen. In der Sauna mehr anschreiben Nacktbereich! Wellnessbereich das Pool öfters kontrollieren wegen der Funktion von den Düsen. Beim Mittagessen könnte die Salatauswahl vielfältiger sein ebenso die Auswahl der Menüs.

Wiedereinmal ein ausgezeichnet Weihnachtsurlaub bei euch verbracht. Nach dem Umbau ist das Hotel kaum wieder zuerkennen, dies ist nicht negativ sondern damit geht ihr in Richtung 5 Sterne :-)...Super leckeres Essen und super nettes Personal. Wir kommen wieder.

Flies all over the food. Disgusting.
There were flies everywhere. All over the lobby, the kids play area, the dining area, and the food bar. Completely unsanitary. If I knew how to make a complaint to the Austrian Health Ministry I would. Excuses ranged from claiming not to notice, to blaming it on the season, to asserting the hotel had tried everything even though I never saw one fan, barrier, or other attempt to protect the food. We paid a lot of money to stay at this all-inclusive hotel and had to choose carefully what we ate, and still felt disgusted. The amount of flies was similar to what I see in third world countries. Embarrassing and unsanitary.
The staff was also not knowledgeable. The man at reception told us our room was most easily accessed by the main elevator. After searching every floor, it turns out our room was in a completely different building.
The same man, when asked about pony rides for my daughter, gave us the information for the partner property that had animals to interact with and ponies to ride. He failed to mention pony rides were not available that day. Probably a piece of information we could have used. I understand language barriers, and this was not that.
We will not return here.

Wir wüssten nicht, an welcher Stelle der Urlaub im Hotel Felsenhof besser hätte sein können. Angefangen beim modernen Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf die Berge, über das abwechslungsreiche und äußerst leckere Essen zu jeder Tageszeit, bis zum schönen Wellnessbereich und der liebevollen Kinderbetreuung - alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 9 Jahre, 1 Kind 1 Jahr) waren schon das 2. Mal hier und hatten wieder eine unglaublich schöne Zeit. Die Zimmer, das Essen, die Ausstattung (kostenloser Fahrradverleih, Kinderwagen, Rausfallschutz fürs Ehebett, Gitterbett, usw), die Angebote für die Kids (Spielplatz drinnen und draußen, sogar im Restaurant), der Kidsclub, wo bei uns 3 Betreuer auf 2 Kinder aufgepasst und gespielt haben), es war einfach alles super und gepflegt. Wir waren zu 100% zufrieden und wussten bei der 2. Reise, dass wir tatsächlich nur unsere Klamotten und Windeln (da es unsere Größe nicht mehr gab) mitnehmen mussten. Das Personal ist klasse und so kinderfreundlich. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub.
