Great night’s sleep – The room (121) was super quiet; The pillows and mattresses were comfy and supportive. USB sockets beside bed. Staff were pleasant and helpful – family run. Loads of hotel’s own parking. All expected amenities in the room such as iron&board, hairdryer, teas, kettle, coffee pod machine, complimentary water etc. Quality toiletries from Rituals. Great breakfast – I had the traditional fry made with excellent quality bacon and sausages. But the best thing were the robes that were warm, fluffy and could build up so much static that you can make every hair on your body stand on end! Turned bedtime into a science camp! Quality and Value - will absolutely stay again.

The staff were very friendly, bar area was lovely and food was very tasty. Definitely would recommend. Passed this place many times and this was our first time, definitely will be back. Lovely place on the main street with easy parking and easy access

This was our third stay here. We arrived around four & went to our room a suite? Which was a room with a large bed and mood lighting with a bath & shower. The room was very warm & we had to open the window to cool down The pillows where very hard too which led to a disturbed nights sleep due to the noise. We went out for the day on the second day & returned for our dinner in the hotel restaurant. For our Anniversary. This was where it all went wrong. I ordered a gluten free chicken burger which was totally raw. So sent it back. The manager spoke to me about ten minutes later and apoligised about the buger which was rank!! We where given a £30 food voucher upon arrival with our stay which we didnt use as the meal was then not charged for. We asked on check out could we use the voucher & the receptionist said it was for food but took it off our bill anyway. We thought that a good will gesture other than the meal i did not recieve would have been made by the manager but it wasn't. So we will never return to this hotel again and we are very dissapointed in the service we received.

Great location! If your passing though Fivemiletown definitely call in for lunch! Kids were happy with the variety of food to choose from Adults happy with great choice and great prices! Brilliant restaurant, chilled out atmosphere, lovely food and excellent service would go back any day Highly recommend the crispy chicken was absolutely delicious

Very good. The only down side to my stay was there could be a bit more variety in the breakfast like adding some pudding and mushrooms , otherwise a lovely friendly hotel.

Lovely weekend here for my birthday lovely hotel really friendly staff and excellent food we will be back again in the future nice clean rooms and staff couldn't be nicer. Beautiful cocktails great pints stayed for 2 nights and it was great value for money

I needed a venue central to Augher & fivemiletown This was a GEM walked in & the lovley receptionist Lisa had the log burner lit & tea/coffee& biscuits all ready Totally spoilt didnt want to leave Fabulous hosts very accomodating staff too Thanks so much Lisa
