OUTDATED RESORT!!!!!
No Air conditioner in some bungalows had to upgrade to AC bungalow for a fee $$.
No clean towels or wash clothes available.
Toilet backed up, plumbing was horrible, standing water in shower and toilet bubbles. Had to call service desk guy was rude and for 2 DAYS septic trucks were on property, awful smell .
No water sometimes and it was brown .
Overbooked excursions they said the engine blew up on your boat but watched the tour boat sail all day laying on the beach.
Limited dinner options and same type of food everyday
Unfriendly staff, they don’t smile.
Soccer kids hanging/laying around resort for days.
The beach and water was amazingly beautiful.

Hawksbill is the most amazing place to visit. The water sports people is truly caring and wants everyone to be as safe as possible. If you like excursions see Myron. If you like water sports see the amazing Fenton and Quinton in the little water hut by the beautiful Sea. Tell them the Brat sent you.

We are still here at Hawksbill. The location is wonderful and the view from our room gorgeous, overlooking the beach. There are many things to like about the hotel and we will definitely be coming back but what lets it down are the evening meals. I am mostly vegetarian and the choice is very poor, involving mostly carbohydrates. Last night it was very busy and we couldn’t get a glass of wine so eventually went to the bar ourselves where they had run out of glasses! The choice is limited, especially for vegetarians and at about 8 pm they have run out of a lot of dishes with no sign of them being replaced. Breakfast is good, lunch at the Sea Grapes very good and we sometimes go late in the afternoon for a meal there rather than the main restaurant. The PD grill opened this week and the setting is gorgeous but menu limited and again nothing for veggies. The infinity pool is lovely as the sea has been a bit rough and there is always plenty of beds. The staff are lovely and very friendly.

Like: The friendly staff going the extra mile.
Did not like: the overall appearance needs to be upgraded eg bathroom area.
Install TV in rooms. Although the hotel represents quiet time and doing things at your own pace, I believe there should be some sort of daytime activities while sitting and relaxing.
Generally I'd give tge hitel 3.25- 3.50 rating.

I would rate my stay as excellent. Warm, friendly restaurant and frontdesk staff. Dining options were on-point. Quiet, relaxing and peaceful. I would definitely recommend.
