Great beautiful old building! Lovely large garden with all kinds of seating areas.
Super friendly staff!
5 min walk to the beach
Bike rental!
Room was not really clean on arrival but that was compensated the next day!
Lovely village with a great restaurant "La Baia di Fregene"

This hotel was very simple and homey. We stayed upstairs reached by a beautiful winding staircase but difficult to navigate luggage up and down from the room. Rooms were small but clean and same with the bath and shower stall. Morning breakfast was a medley of cold cuts and sweets with some fruit and delicious Italian coffees. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Prices for taxis to airport or train were set and reliable (important in Italy). Drinks from the bar were available in the evenings. Location was a block away from beach and hotel pool. Pool was large but no shade protection available poolside. Outdoor showers were wonderful after dipping in the ocean and a convenient deli was nearby with beer and average tasting Italian sandwiches.

This is an ideal place for a quiet retreat. 200 M from the beach & and a 25 min drive from FCO. We spent 3 enjoyable days in late April & had a lovely time. The staff was extremely nice & helpful. Specially Monica & Matteo.

We stayed here our final day in Italy. It was close enough to the Airport. They set up our shuttle to the airport (with perfect timing) Such a relaxing last day stay! Especially after being in the center city crowd & before a LONG trip home. Oh, & breakfast was delicious with
the best coffee!
