I was so flustered because the address given by the hotel was different from the address I actually stayed at, and I had to walk 300m for 5 minutes after getting off the taxi with my carrier. I couldn't check the text message because I was on a plane, but I was so angry. I've made dozens of reservations abroad, but this was the first time I've experienced a different address.
I've never heard that a hotel address can change. Anyway, I waited and wandered around for 45 minutes and slept at my accommodation.
It was very noisy because it was the weekend, but I still slept safely.

Their front desk service is only until 9pm. There was no response to the emails, and no one answered the phone calls. There were no emails or phone calls from the hotel until the next morning. Our flight was delayed and we missed the office hours however, the staff walk us through remote check-in. The property is very clean and newly renovated/upgraded. Multiple cafe and seafood restaurants on the other side of the building.
The area is quiet and safe.

Room information folder needs updating to reflect reality. Staff could have better knowledge of airport transfer options, given the proximity to the airport - rather than "just a taxi at 25 eur for a 4km ride".

they switched our room to a building that was not a hotel that was far from place we booked. Air Conditioning did not work and it was so hot we couldn't sleep. Communication was non existent. lots of stairs and dingy hallways. Worst place we ever stayed in. We were supposed to receive a breakfast voucher they said they would leave on the table for us...sent us a photo of it that was taken elsewhere pretending it was taken in our unit. Total bait and switch operation.

Liked how close to airport it was and the staff was wonderful. Didn’t like the big fake tree in the room, was a waste of space and did not like that there was alot of stairs to get there,

Staff was very nice and very accommodating. I didn’t know it was on a first floor of a building, it was last minute and didn’t see the notes. It’s a charming older style building but no elevator. The front desk did get us help as we had big suitcases to carry up and were super friendly, also told us they had other rooms with elevator in a different property had they known. Front desk did help schedule a departing taxi and pre arranged for driver to help with suitcases which was very thoughtful and also left a bagged breakfast snack since we left before breakfast at 7. The rooms were small but clean and updated. The area was pleasant with many nice restaurants and shops along the river to choose from and great nightlife atmosphere, safe to walk around along the marina. All in all a great experience and would choose again.
