Excellent value for money.
Excellent value for money. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are very nice and helpful. Like most guests, we simply needed a place near the airport the night before our flight home. The location is interesting - it’s in a middling residential area, a block and a half from the beach. There are a number of restaurants on the front, no more than 10 minutes walk; we enjoyed dinner in a seafood restaurant there. The hotel provided a nice continental breakfast the following morning, included in the price. In my view, you can’t go wrong and I highly recommend staying here.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL...
The write up for this hotel, implied it was on the beach, it was 2 full blocks away, said it had free breakfast but if trying to so the airport it isnt available til 7 am, it said it had a rooftop terrace and restaurant and mini bar in room. It also only has Italian TV nothing in English? Bed is about 24 inches from the floor and sharp corners that cut up both my husbands and my legs. Has nothing... you had to walk to the beach where they said it has "many" restaurants and stores to get food etc. three restaurants were in walking distance .and no stores or places to get refreshments. returned to room at 4 and wanted water and soda and snacks -nothing there had to either walk farthar down the beach or go without. set up pickup for transfer from cruiseport to hotel .. they have no access to where the ships were and had to take a bus with all the luggage which they neglected to tell us before hand, .. I would NOT recommend them. stay at the airport where you have food, water, can get a wake up call and no issues....

We Shall never be back To Hotel De La Ville Relais
For the face of it Rosa, the owner, is most friendly and helpful person but than came the disappointment. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights out 1st night and last night in Italy. After the first night we asked to leave aone suitcase at the hotel and were charged 2.5 Euro a day for the suitcase. On our last night our friends had a cold and we asked for some tea and lemon. for 2 tiny portions of tea we were charged 9.50 Euro. We left at 6:45 in the morning and asked for a coffee we were told it is impossible because the dining room is opened only at 7:00. We didn't have breakfact not even quick coffee but we were not credited for the breakfast however charged 9.50 Euros for 2 small pots of tea. Needless to mention Rosa asked us to bring her from Southern Italy the real Buffalo Mitzarella. We were happy to go through the trouble but we were extremely disappointed with the gridiness of the owners.

Great Location, Cozy Rooms
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is a short walk from the beach, and a short drive from the airport. Service was good & breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable & parking was free but a bit confusing.

Nice and convenient at a good price
Small B&B conveniently located around 15 minuttes from the main airport. Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast.
And do try out the beach side sushi place down the street, hands down one of our best sushi expereinces ever.

Near Airport
Nice hotel near beach and restaurants and about an 11 min drive to the airport. We stayed here the night before we had to fly home to the USA. The front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. Overall, decent hotel. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 for comfort is that the beds were not very comfortable.

Nice family owned hotel near the beach and airport
We needed to overnight near the Rome airport and this hotel was just what we needed. We were able to pay $20 and check earlier than 3pm, which was nice since had traveled all night. The owners of this small family owned hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was about 3 blocks to the beach and also lots of restaurant along the beach. For a reasonable charge they were also able to take us back to the airport the next morning. The room was fine and we would definitely stay here again.
