Everything else was good, except that the whole room had a strong fragrance when I checked in, which was a bit unbearable. My family used clothes to fan it for a long time. I felt that it took at least half an hour.

I arrived on a late flight, got a 35 Euro taxi to the hotel. I found a dusty carpark with stray cats and couldn’t see the hotel. I went behind the steak house and found the entry to the accommodation closed and reception behind a gate. The smell was of cat urine. I called the numbers provided without success in an attempt to find someone to let me in. No one answered the phone. I called an uber and for an additional approx. 35 euros I went back to the airport and waited overnight there for my flight. Absolute nightmare. The hotel flatly refused to refund. I should be thankful I wasn’t assaulted waiting for my Uber given the neighbourhood didn’t feel safe.

Beautiful but parking ******
Beautiful location.. Horrible parking.. This is an island so parking is not convenient.. We had to park on a San Francisco type hill about 1/3 mile away.. Be prepared to hike up hill..
