I stayed here for a layover at Fiumicino Airport. It's far from the airport and you have to change buses to get there.
The facilities are very clean and well equipped. The owner is very polite. I wanted to spend a relaxing vacation here, not a layover.

The service was terrible—staff were rude and unprofessional. They seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. The facilities were poorly maintained, and the food was not good either. Overall, a very bad experience. ⭐️

Not a Fan
Our host was kind & outgoing. We missed supper and he found a snack for us. We would stay there again except for one thing: there were 3 large photos (poster-sized) each objectifying a woman’s body which I REALLY didn’t like. That altered my first impression. We slept well. The room was nice & quiet. The bed & temperature were nice. It was modern and there were no physical downsides.

I chose this property so that it would be easy to get to the airport for an early flight. I thought I could also spend my last evening at the beach. I really tried to get there from the airport by bus but the drivers kept telling me next bus, for two hours. No one at the airport was helpful, the person at the coffee shop who sold the tickets knew nothing about the busses. So finally I spent 25€ on a taxi. It was farther than I thought. It’s in a new area, the house is fine, it’s just a hassle to get to and from the airport, I did not have a good day. Maurizio who works there was very friendly and he offered to drive me back to the airport at 4:45, but took cash only so I had to go to a bank machine and pay a silly amount in fees for another €20 trip. Still I did appreciate knowing he was there for me and I got to the airport on time, so that’s important. I walked 15 minutes to the beach through parking lots and crossing big roads. Not a pleasant area. The beach was big with rocks piled to block the waves. Not awful, just not the beautiful beach view I’d imagined. The apartment was shared with men and I’m a woman travelling alone. Again, not awful but just a little awkward. Next time I would just stay at an airport hotel. If I saved the taxi money, it would cost the same and be more private and relaxing.

This delightful place makes you feel as if you were at home, for the cleanliness of the rooms, the cafeteria with the possibility of making a coffee when you need it, but above all for the availability and kindness of the managers Maurizio and Giuliana, two easy-going people who they are attentive to the needs of their customers. We will definitely be back, I can already hear Maurizio replying, what a joke, and where should you go... there are two B&Bs managed, one by the father on the upper floor, where we stayed, and one downstairs by the son. There is also a Niur bakery with delicious pizza, potatoes and porchetta, the Er Baffone tavern at 60 MT where we ate equally well several times, the shuttle service is provided by Maurizio who tries to meet you above and beyond expectations. Friendliness, comfort and attention deserve 5 stars.

I booked on Wednesday for Sunday evening since my flight had been canceled and the price and availability of transfers were also confirmed. On Sunday morning I asked for the details by email, because I hadn't received it yet and they replied telling me that they would send it that day. Shortly before leaving for Rome we called to get more info (since I hadn't received the email yet) and the boy told me that there was no reservation in my name. I was already on the plane and arrived in Rome in the evening without accommodation. Fortunately, at the last minute he found a B&B that collaborated with him. Good thing we didn't give any kind of deposit or payment.
