Stayed here on a shearings holiday hotel was basic. We had a twin room beds hard and no duvet just sheet and bedspread ( looked like granny's old curtains ) and it was cold.bathroom was small no where to put anything no shelves. Being gluten free food was not good tinned fruit for breakfast gluten free bread stayed on the table all week no eggs and orange was vile. fortunately I took my own breakfast on two mornings.sofas worn out in lounge area no tea or coffee available unless you paid.

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff and food was great. Everything was good quality and felt like a home from home. Hotel was clean and tidy, beds made and bathroom cleaned daily. We were part of a coach trip and staff coped really well with high demand of a large number of people all at once. Good choice of food for evening meals and a surprise desert! I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel dotato di tutti i confort,massima pulizia e ben organizzato. Posizione comoda Personale gentilissimo,cortese. Il signor Andrea ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi ,disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Colazione e cucina ottima Siamo stati benissimo Hotel super consigliato.

Sweet Italian hotel which was clean with friendly staff. Food was excellent and freshly cooked. Nice seating area outside. Hotel is not far from the town centre, which is extremely pretty with lots of restaurants. A reasonably priced supermarket is up the road from the hotel.

Luca and the rest of the staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are basic, but spotless and the breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice, but no hot food (except for toast). It’s only a 10 minute walk from the square which is quite lively in the evening.

Such a warm and genuinely friendly greeting from the staff on arrival. The hotel was just right spotlessly clean with a very good size bedroom. Luca and his team were attentive through out our stay. The breakfast was continental with a great choice. We mainly stayed in for the evening meal as it was very enjoyable they make the most wonderful soups plenty to eat especially as the weather was so very hot. Would definitely stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommended

Hotel stile anni 80 in compenso la camera e pulita e spaziosa l aria condizionata funziona il posto e tranquillo la colazione e nella norma ci siamo fermati per spezzare il viaggio ne lode ne perché nella norma il personale e gentile .........

Ho soggiornato lo scorso weekend presso questa struttura alberghiera e devo dire che, sin dall’inizio, sono stato accolta con estrema professionalità dal suo titolare e dai suoi collaboratori. Il sig. Andrea svolge il suo lavoro con grande passione. E’ attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti, cercando sempre di accontentare tutti. Poche volte mi e’ capitato di ravvisare in una sola persona così tanta professionalità. In conclusione l’Hotel dei Pini e’ Andrea! Molto probabilmente senza la dedizione, la passione e l’amore che il sig. Andrea dedica al proprio lavoro, questa struttura non rappresenterebbe per i suoi ospiti un “ porto sicuro”, un luogo dove rilassarsi e godere delle bellezze della Ciociaria! Concludo, pertanto, con il ringraziare Andrea e tutto il suo staff. In particolare Rossella e Luca, preparati e professionali, sempre pronti a soddisfare le varie esigenze degli ospiti. Tornerò presto. Grazie ragazzi !!!!!!

In fuga dall’afa di Roma, ho trascorso un fresco fine settimana in questa bella struttura. Ottima accoglienza, in evidenza la professionalità del direttore Andrea e la gentilezza e la cortesia di Rossella. Ripeterò senz’altro questa esperienza e mi riservo di scoprire i bei dintorni di Fiuggi.
