Dit hotel is een echte aanrader! Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ze denken mee. Heerlijk ontbijt met glutenvrije opties. 's Avonds zelfs een glutenvrije pizza kunnen bestellen voor onze dochter. Het hotel is mooi en sfeervol ingericht. De spa is heerlijk. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Als erstes die Warnung: wer ein kuscheliges All inclusive Hotel für den ersten Urlaub als frisch verliebtes Paar sucht, sollte eventuell woanders buchen. Wer dagegen ein unkompliziert und (kinder)freundliches Hotel sucht, bei dem man auf Wunsch abends ein einfaches Essen serviert bekommt, oder mit Selbstverpflegung seine Zeit im Aufenthaltsbereich verbringen möchte, liegt hier richtig. Getränke gibt es in einem Kühlschrank in der Selbstbedienung, und es hat einige Gesellschaftsspiele. Das Publikum besteht dementsprechend vor allem aus Familien. Von "einfachem Essen" sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen. Die Pizzen waren frisch, mit hausgemachtem Teig und ebenso frischen Zutaten, und haben manche Ptmrofipizzeria in den Schattem gestellt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und stimmig eingerichtet, so wie das gesamte Hotel. Von mir klare Empfehlung.

What a wonderfull place! Everything was so pleasant ja furnished gracefully. The breakfast was delicious ja homemade every morning. We can absolutely recommend the place to the others tourists. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Prachtig sfeervol hotel met mooie wellness, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en eenzeer vriendelijke gastheer & gastvrij team. Alles is tot in de puntjes gestyled en geeft een huiselijk, warm gevoel. De kamers zijn erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je voelt je hier meteen thuis, een echte aanrader!

Genoten van een heerlijke ski-week in dit klein maar fijn hotel. Attent personeel, heerlijk eten (HP en aangeklede koffie v 15/17uur), mooie grote kamer met terras, nieuwe wellness met alles wat je nodig hebt. Was zijn geld meer dan waard!

Tolle Einrichtung, geschmackvolle und moderne Zimmer, herzliche Atmosphäre und wahnsinnig freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter! Insbesondere Jana möchten wir hervorheben :)! Nicht zu vergessen der Eigentümer Michael, der wirklich immer ansprechbar war. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Ski-Urlaub und das neue Konzept hat für uns sehr gut funktioniert! Das Frühstück war köstlich und sehr vielfältig in einer ausgesprochen hohen Qualität. Nie war etwas aus, stets wurde alles nachgelegt. Dazu kamen wechselnde Gerichte wie Pancakes, Weißwürste mit dem echten (!) süßen Senf, Arme Ritter, Apfelringe,... Sehr flexibel kann man sich abends in den gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsräumlichkeiten aufhalten, eine Brotzeit essen, eine Pizza bestellen (lassen) oder man bereitet sich selber aus eigenen Einkäufen etwas zu. Heißgetränke sind den ganzen Tag gratis, es steht ein Kühlschrank mit einer sehr guten Auswahl an Softdrinks und auch Alkoholischem zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich ist auch immer ein Barkeeper für Drinks am Abend da. Für uns der beste Familien-Skiurlaub, den wir bisher gemacht haben!

we spent 12 nights at this hotel, and loved it! from the moment we arrived the staff were amazing and helpful. The concept of the dining area is epic, it's perfect for a ski holiday and much nicer than a traditional stuffy hotel. The rooms per perfect, the right amount of everything including space, amenities etc. The location was a concern at first but the as you leave your boots and skis etc at the base of the mountain it means the location is perfect! we will be back!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, tout était bien : accueil, décoration de l'hôtel, qualité de la chambre et des repas. Un très bon choix que nous recommandons pour un séjour à Fiss. Il se situe à +/-400m des remontées mécaniques, à rejoindre à pieds, pour accéder au "ski depot" = très pratique.

One of the cosiest small hotels that we have stayed! Excellent facilities and very friendly services. The interior are very well furnished, new-ish feel to it all. The room has a separate shower and toilet with fluffy clean white towerls and nice herbal scented toiletries. The staff is always on hand to help with anything or info. Love the concept whereby you are allocated a locked fridge space, and a larder space by room number and you can prepare your own food in the dining area and have it there too, with cutleries and plates provided. Coffee and tea are available all day long, with excellent range of different types of tea leaves or in tea bags. Available as well are snacks on purchase, and wine/liquor which we find to be of high quality. Reception has also provided a list of delivery services if one so desires, there is also a supermarket within close walking distance. One small suggestion would be to have a microwave available, to be able to heat up soups etc. We are also not particularly inclined with the very soft pillows provided so perhaps this could be something for the hotel to consider.
