Spark by Hilton Indianapolis Northeast Fishers

I had such a good experience here. The staff (esp thank you to Sandra and Matt) was courteous and kind. I found the room clean and comfortable. I will def be staying again!

This was the first time staying in a "Spark". Hilton's low frills brand offers limited amenities, most notably (to me) was that while they offer complimentary bottled water upon check in, the room had no cups. The room did have a refrigerator and there is coffee in the lobby. The location is good and the staff super friendly. Beware of potholes when arriving from the north (which for whatever reason GPS took me in stead of coming directly fro 96th St.).

brand new Hilton brand fully renovated! highly recommend if you are in indianpaolis area. Hotel seems to have been gutted fully down and feels like a brand new property and now has hilton service. Location is amazing in fishers near by all the action

Horrible The room was in such disrepair. Paint chipped walls. Handles falling off the closet. The room smelled musty. The air conditioner wasn’t working well. I changed rooms and that one seemed to be better. I was there for 2 nights and the 2nd morning I asked for extra towels when they serviced the room. When I came back that evening, nothing was cleaned and no towels. No one mentioned they don’t service daily.The front desk person was understanding and made our move without question but it was surprised no one checks the rooms. I will not stay there again!

Pulled up to the parking lot and it was dark and the snow from the recent snow storm was not removed from the parking lot. I walk into the hotel and all I smelled was paint. The place was being renovated which i did not know about and the website doesn’t say anything about it either. I get into my room and the first thing I did was ensure my safety by making sure there were no hidden cameras or anything. The window was unlocked, I locked it back. Attempted to turn the tv on and the remote did not work. I tried to call downstairs but guess what the phone in the room did not work. I go downstairs the guy at the front desk didn’t like that I told him like it was an issue for him. He tells me to get my remote and bring it back down to him I did he changed the batteries I go back upstairs and still the tv did not come on. I go back downstairs to tell him so he switches my room. I originally booked a kind size bed. He switches my room to a queen size double room. The floor was supposed to be non smoking I’m guessing but all I smelt was cigarette smoke. I get into the new room the chair in the room was literally tore apart, bathtub wasn’t cleaned, the heat was not on in the room. It was 15 degrees outside and no heat in the room. It took a good 30-45 mins for the room to heat up. They said I could not get my money back so I had to stay there it was 9 at night I was tired it was very cold outside so I did what i had to do. The elevators have not been cleaned what looks like 5 years, the walls are half painted, there is construction items in the hallway on the 2nd floor, the button to the elevator door was hanging half way off the wall. My sheets were dirty so I had to take the sheets off the other bed to sleep with. The 2 plugs in the lamp only 1 plug to the lamp worked. I didn’t even sleep good I got up left at 6-7 am. When I checked out I talked to the manager and she said she would give me some points to my choice hotel app but that never happened. She also told me as I could see it’s a lot going on at the hotel. Yes to much it’s no process while they do construction. I will be contacting the board of health on this hotel they need to go through and access everything in this dungeon I mean hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF ITS FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!
