Amilla Maldives

A perfect journey and stay with Amilla! Highly recommended! *Our butler Nappe is the best!

Love the team, Victoria and Jupiter namely. But some of the staff at the restaurant even remembered I liked sparkling water and I only stayed for 4 nights mid April. Love the island. The view is good everywhere, even the gym. Its huge in comparison to some other resorts and you get to bike around, or you can request a buggy ride. Overall, very reasonable price, stayed HB and already gained weight, cannot imagine FB. Villa is HUGE, AC was always cold, always kept clean, always had clean towels, and they provide bug repellent, do use it. The deck was lovely and had a sun umbrella, I miss sunbathing there with an ice coffee. I did scratch my toes going for a dip during low tide cause I was too lazy to wear my water shoes. The gym was big, had clean cold towels and drinks and equipment was new. I don't know what more to ask for. Maybe more fish? but you can go on those snorkeling excursions, we went on the dolphin excursion and saw both spinner and bottlehead dolphins. They have a blue hole nearby, do learn to free dive before attempting to enter, I regret not learning to free dive properly cause it's not something you can learn quickly, no one but the guide in our group could get in. Just book Amilla. I did island hop to another resort, and I was disappointed in everything but their coral reef. Do your research but I'm pretty sure the other resort's service cannot beat Amilla. They are worth every penny.

We had the most fantastic stay at Amilla in the Maldives. This was our third time staying at the resort, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming and made sure we taken care off. Our butler, Sam, truly made the trip unforgettable. He took care of our family of six so well and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He’s such a lovely person, always happy, polite, and thoughtful. The food at the resort was fantastic with a great choice of fresh, high-quality dishes every day. If you like snorkelling, Amilla is the best place to visit. The resort has its own gorgeous house reef, which is one of the reasons why we keep returning. The underwater life here is just amazing. We have swam with the turtle and saw nurse and black reef sharks. After three brilliant stays, we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended Amilia!

We recently returned from Amilla Maldives to celebrate my wife’s birthday and Amilla was an absolutely stunning paradise and exceeded every expectation. From when we arrived in Male, to the Amilla representative escorting us to the sea plane terminal to Amilla staff greeting us upon arrival. Truly felt special and welcomed every step of the way. Our room was the Sunset Overwater Villa, beautifully designed, spacious, and the view was breathtaking. We absolutely loved the space, the private pool and instant access to our hammock overlooking the ocean. A relaxing breeze, sunny days, and fascinating ocean views allow us to instantly unwind and enjoy our vacation upon arrival. Now the cuisine and resort staff. Our Katheeb, Nappe was awesome. He was our lobby, our guide, and yes at times our driver (not like the island was that big), we highly recommend Nappe for anyone on their visit to Amilla. Ahmed our housekeeper created a beautiful ensemble for my wife’s birthday and topped off a fantastic day, truly a personal touch we will remember. Every restaurant was amazing. The food was always fresh and well prepared to every request. The restaurant staff was consistently attentive, warm, and inviting, absolutely a remarkable experience. Finally, to every staff member, big thank you for taking care of us during our stay. My wife had the best birthday and it was a celebration she said she would remember for years to come. Amilla’s beauty, luxury feel, hospitality, and probably due to time of year, never felt crowded or rushed.
