訂了一間面朝易北河的房間，一間普通雙人間。易北河的那間景色很好，空間大，但淋浴噴頭一般。房間枕頭太高，不是很舒服。其他很好。

Checked in at just past 17:00 to be told my room was not yet cleaned. I waited over an hour before the room was ready without even an apology or compensation. The room had a lovely view of the Elbe, but the room was extremely hot on arrival with no way of turning on cooling. I had to open the doors. I'm not sure if there are bed bugs in the room as I have multiple bites and itchy skin after 2 nights. Breakfast was okay. Bread was hard and tough to eat.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend- TOP! Auch konnten wir schon früher auf unser Zimmer mit gigantisch schöner Aussicht- Super! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist allerdings nicht ok. Für 1 Nacht, für 2 Pers. 196,00 Euro mit Frühstück finde ich nicht wenig. Die Dusche hat Schimmel in 2 Ecken und die Armatur war defekt- Wasser lief raus. Ebenso sollte auch die Orga beim Frühstück, in solch einem Haus besser funktionieren. 1 Kaffeeautomat für einen vollen Speisesaal ...- ist etwas arg knapp bemessen! Kein nachfüllen von Gläsern für Latte oder Tassen für andere Kaffeesorten! Aufbackbrötchen hart... Pancakes ebenso- waren einfach zu lange warm gehalten worden...- konnte man nicht essen... SCHADE!!! Wie gesagt in Anbetracht des Preises, ist das nicht ok. Ansonsten hat das Hotel einen tollen Standort und auch sonst gute Voraussetzungen richtig Top zu sein! Macht was draus! Lg

Am Anreisetag war das Hotelwunschzimmer um 17.00h nicht "freigeben" (nicht gereinigt) . Wir bekamen einen Gutschein für 2 Freigetränke. Um 17.45!!! hat man uns dann letztendlich ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, da das Wunschzimmer immer noch nicht freigegeben war. Den Getränkegutschein, der mit dem Anreisetag datiert war, wollten wir am Folgetag einlösen. Der Barkeeper konnte ihn mit den Worten nicht akzeptieren - "der Gutschein ist Datum gebunden, ich möchte mir an der Rezeption einen Ersatzgutschein holen" Dies habe ich versucht, man hat es verweigert - auf eine recht unfreundlich Art!!! Mal ehrlich - so ein Verhalten braucht kein Mensch!!!

Ein gutes Frühstück und die Aussicht auf die Elbe konnte ich genießen. Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist recht angenehm. Leider bekam ich von den „ fürchterlichen“ Matratzen starke Rückenschmerzen.Das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal konnte mir keine Lösung ( Topper) anbieten.Das ist sehr schade und hält mich davon ab, wieder erneut zu kommen.

Leider hat das 4 Sterne Hotel sehr nachgelassen. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer. 1. Der Teppich in den Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend ausgewechselt werden. 2. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist ohne Funktion. §. 3. Der Fernseher ist vieeel zu klein. 4. Die Minibar ist leer und wird nicht befüllt. 5. Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist defekt und flackert. 6. Die Matratzen sind sowas von ausgenudelt, das man nachher Rückenschmerzen bekommt. 7. Es gibt kein Telefon auf den Zimmern. Der Service beim Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig: keine Tassen und Teller mehr auf den Tischen, geschweige eine Tischdecke. Alles muss man sich selbst zusammen suchen. Das ist für ein 4 Sterne Hotel schon traurig. Es wird schlecht aufgefüllt wenn z.B. Rührei, gek. Eier, Wurst, Gurkenscheiben, zu Neige geht. Gekochter Schinken war gar nicht im Angebot. Ich war vorher schon 2 Mal in dem Hotel als es noch unter RILANO lief, da sah der Service noch gut aus. Aber jetzt war es definitiv mein letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Schade!

A really nice hotel with spacious rooms with good comfort and nice decor. Really nice views out onto the river. Perfect for travel by public transport. Right on the terminal for the ferry which immediately connected with a bus route. I wad facilitating a workshop at the hotel, so had a good sample of the food on offer in the evening, lunch, catering between breaks and breakfast. All to a good, consistent standard.

Beautiful hotel right on the Elbe. Large rooms, we even had a view of the Elbe. The ferry stops right in front of the hotel, so it's easy to get into Hamburg. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. If we get the chance, we'll definitely come back.

5 nights spent in a 4th floor room, not a room with view to Elbe. The Wi-Fi did not work, except 30 minutes in one day. No coffee maker or kettle in the room. No phone. Restaurant overpriced. Not too much to choose on TV if you don't understand German. Rooms clean. I would advise only if you want a real isolated place (no wifi, TV, etc, LOL) for a max one week vacation
