False description. It should not carry the Windham name as a hotel and certainly not 3 stars. We stayed there instead of Hampton Inn because they had a restaurant. They may have had one 10 years ago but was in total disrepair. The place smelled moldy and dirty old carpets. Half of the workout facilty was broken. They did not clean room from one day to the next. The showers were backed up.. The windows had multiple dead bugs that had been there for some time.. I went to front desk for fresh towels as they never went changed over room. The floors were stained and dirty.. Based on the shape of the "restaurant and bar", it seemed as though the franchisee had given up or not payed vendors. I believe the place may have been nice 20 years ago. As a former travelor, this is the second hotel in US that I felt unsafe. I should have read reviews but thought highly of a Wyndham before

We were directed to the elevators to get to our room on the fourth floor. Elevator was extremely dirty and had a smell. Once the doors opened to the fourth floor, we were immediately greeted with a cart of paint and various items for obvious repair jobs. The room was dirty, with food crumbs in our desk chair, the light above the shower didn't work, and the handles to the bathroom drawers were installed backwards. The vent in the bathroom was also full of dust and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. I called the front desk twice after noticing these issues with the room but both times I got a busy signal. We decided to stay because we didn't have time to find another hotel before our event.

I only stayed here because it is close to Pittsburgh International airport. But the advertised shuttle service to the airport has been cancelled. The long-term parking is poorly handled by a third-party company. The water stopped working in my room so I couldn't take a shower in the morning. The room was dirty. This was not a pleasant stay.

Overall, a great stay. Beds were clean and comfy, pillows pretty good. Shower water pressure good. Towels alright. Staff polite and sweet. The A/C was a freight train- when it came on in the middle of the night. Not luxury, but definitely not ghetto. Would 100% stay again. Thank you !!

Dirtiest poorest maintained property we have ever stayed at in our life. We got in at 10:30 PM, and our room had broken glass, missing phone and clock and a view of the debris growing on the pool cover out our window. We asked for room change and each four rooms that we saw had issues like broken glass, and lights that didn’t work. It was finally midnight and we chose a room. Just check out the photos and judge for yourself.

This hotel served our purpose. We came To Pittsburgh for a concert and stayed two nights. The Wyndham Garden was conveniently located to where we needed to be. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a continental breakfast that I didn’t have. But appreciate that they had it for those who wanted it. They also had complementary coffee in the lobby area, which was pretty good.😊 I would definitely stay again.

Staff was professional and kept the halls clean, although a cockroach watched TV in the lobby with me. I meant to take pictures to post, but it was so big, it freaked me out, so I left. Unfortunately all 4 floor ice machines were broken as well as 1 of 2 elevators.
