The room was spacious, the pool was nice, and staff was very nice. However when our daughter was trying to sleep she felt a bug crawling on her and it was bed bugs. We immediately packed up all our stuff, checked out, and I informed front desk they issued a refund without complaint.

Nice staff and clean rooms and a nice kitchen and inside pool. If you have pets they are welcome with a fee.

The hotel was fantastic! The pool is spacious and suitable for swimming laps. It's really convenient to grab and go for breakfast. Personally, I appreciated how hard yet comfortable the beds are. However, it was the AGM that convinced me to stay at the place. Jessy was outstanding. She responded to all of my inquiries. made certain that I was satisfied with everything. She was really amiable, and politeness is crucial after a 12-hour job. 10/10 would suggest!
