Italianway - Il Borgo apartments

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen gebucht. Ich denke "gemütlich" wäre das ganze für 4 Personen.. die angegebenen 2 Schlafräume entpuppten sich als 1 Schlafzimmer und einer offenen Fläche beim Treppenaufgang mit dem Weg zum Bad/WC.. nicht so wie gedacht. Aber alles in allem eine saubere Anlage mit einer tollen Aussicht.

English: I was on vacation for two days with my wife and our dog and we left a credit card as a guarantee, as is sometimes requested. Since we had to leave the evening before the check out scheduled for January 5th, we asked Mrs. Manuela how to proceed with the check out. No one checked the apartment, we were simply told to leave the keys on the table. Today we received a charge of €450 for the replacement of a phantom hob that we had broken during our stay. The manager sent us two photos that could also have been taken from another apartment, and informed us of the charge already made. Without asking a question, without a phone call, without a shred of evidence, without possibly a quote. We are honest people, we travel continuously both for pleasure and especially for work. Personally I have visited at least 5/6 facilities every month for 10 years and more in Italy and abroad and I have never suffered such treatment, worthy of a scooter rental in Thailand. I invite you to absolutely avoid this manager, there are many facilities in the area and perhaps someone honest has remained. In any case, I don't think the matter is over. It's not fair that other people suffer this type of scam.
