This is a belated review. What makes this establishment so wonderful is all the staff, however, there is one lady who remembers us every year and takes care of our son, who has a dairy intolerance. Justina, we can't wait to see you in a week and we can't wait to have some oat milk pancakes!

We had a lovely week staying at this hotel. Very comfortable and clean, our room was looked after so well and staff worked so hard. Everyone was very friendly, especially Kirstin in the restaurant, who worked extremely hard making sure everyone was looked after at dinner every night. I think we were the only English in the hotel which was fun as our German speaking is not good. There is a shortcut past the church through to the main street and the ski bus stops right out side for a minute ride to the lifts. Stay on the bus and go a bit further out of the village to the 6 man chair for a quieter side of things. Lots of people seem to come up for the day and ski but there was never a wait for lifts. Snow was lacking our week due to warm weather which to be honest was not expected in February (more late March/April Skiing) but hey ho .... pays your money and takes a chance. Lovely comfortable hotel!

Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ok, leider recht große Flecken auf dem Sessel, das Bad sehr ordentlich sauber. Enttäuscht waren wir über das Essen. Obst aus der Dose geht bei 4 Sternen meiner Meinung nach nicht. Der Service stand uns ständig im Nacken, was vielleicht auch an unserer Tischnummer lag. Bei der Endabrechnung waren wir überrascht, dass ein Hund 40,-€ kostet. Darüber wären wir gerne vorher informiert worden.

Das Restaurant befand sich gleich gegenüber unserem Hotel. Wir durften im Gastgarten Platz nehmen (vorgängige Reservation empfehlenswert). Die Karte bietet eine grosse Auswahl an lokalen und saisonalen Gerichten. Wir hatten uns für eine Knoblauchsuppe (der Hammer) und ein Pilzgericht (ebenfalls sehr lecker) entschieden. Alles kam sehr zügig, jedoch ohne Hetze. Alles war sehr gut abgeschmeckt, in genügend grossen Portionen und einfach sehr fein. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, geht auf Fragen und Anregungen ein und ist sehr schnell. Die Preise sind absolut im Rahmen.

Schönes komfortables rustikales Hotel in zentraler Lage. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus oder in 150 m entfernt. Auto braucht man keines, da Alles leicht zu Fuß erreichbar ist, auch der Lift. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind großzügig, sehr sauber und per Lift erreichbar. Der Wellnessbereich hat einen Innenpool und mehrere Saunen. Der kostenlose Bus (Fidibus), mit Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, führt direkt zu allen Liften. Das Frühstücks-Buffet bietet nur Durchschnittliches, ist aber ausreichend.

Wir sind das 10. mal im Hotel und sind jedesmal überrascht, dass das hohe Niveau immer wieder übertroffen werden kann. Bedienung immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Frühstück mit allem was man erwartet und das Abendessen geschmacklich immer ein Highlight Können es wirklich nur empfehlen und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Nettes Familienhotel zentral in Filzmoos im Salzburger Land. Pros: Kinder sind gern gesehen (extra Kinderbuffet, Sonderwünsche werden klaglos erfüllt), Skilift und Supermarkt gut zu Fuß erreichbar, schöner Wellnessbereich. Cons: Am Buffet wurde Schinken und ein ordentlicher Kaffeevollautomat vermisst. Personal sehr nett, schönes Extra: Jause mit Gratiskuchen.
