Good option for solo travelers and short stays

I stayed at the Hotel am Hirschgarten for two nights in November 2022. I have nothing to complain about. The room was perfect. The ladies at the reception were extremely friendly. What I do have a lot to complain about, however, is the meager breakfast buffet. I have rarely seen such a "simple" buffet. Boiled, cold eggs on a plate. My question as to whether there were egg cups was answered with a clear "no". In a basket there were only rolls, presumably reheated. They behaved like rubber balls when cut open. No brown bread, no toast, no croissant, a piece of cake was out of the question. Yoghurt or muesli? None. The usual packaged jams, apricot, blueberry, sour cherry. It couldn't be more unimaginative. - If I'm ever in the area again and have to stay there, I'd be happy to stay at the "Hirschgarten" again. But for breakfast I'll go to a nearby bakery.
