Diceva George MacDonald che “il lavoro non è sempre necessario. Esiste una cosa chiamata ozio sacro.” Io dico che aveva proprio ragione! Siamo passati da Podere Conti per una pausa lungo un viaggio e non avremmo potuto regalarci niente di meglio: ozio, relax, biolago, pace, semplicità curata, camera sul giardino davvero accogliente, divano nel portico molto carino, colazione continentale super, cena incredibile con un risotto affumicato che era una poesia… insomma una pausa apprezzatissima! Sinceri complimenti a tutto il personale. Ci si sente coccolati e si gode di un luogo davvero incantevole. Contiamo di tornare nuovamente e fermarci un po’ di più! Se cercate una pausa in santa pace ed una coccola, questo posto fa per voi.

Abbiamo mangiato per ferragosto in 2 adulti e 2 bambini, consumando 2 antipasti, 3 primi (di cui uno menù bambini) e due secondi dal menù bambini , 2 coppe di gelato e due caffè. Il cibo era mediamente mediocre, troppe salse che sovrastano il sapore degli ingredienti, carne “gommosa” ma soprattutto un conto troppo salato (oltre 170€). Bistecca locale “normalissima” (non si trattava di un taglio pregiato o con frollatura particolare) che costa €80 al Kg completamente fuori luogo. Peccato, location molto bella e speravo di aver trovato un nuovo bel posto della zona di Pontremoli.

Sono stata al Podere Conti con amiche ed abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni meravigliosi. Le camere spaziose e molto ben arredate. La gestione familiare impeccabile. Lettini a bordo piscina con possibilità di aperitivi. Colazioni pranzi e cene superbe. Consigliatissimo

La struttura si trova sulle colline di pontremoli la strada di accesso è un po stretta ma una volta arrivati la vista e il locale vi faranno dimenticare tutto. Bellissimo il locale (ho usufruito solo del ristorante) ma penso anche le camere. Cucina di ottima qualità anche se con poca varietà buono il servizio prezzi un po eccessivi

Abbiamo usufruito solo del ristorante per la cena (le stanze erano tutte occupate, riproveremo in futuro ..). Il posto è molto bello e curato, con una splendida vista, soprattutto al tramonto. La sala ristorante all'aperto è davvero suggestiva, con un servizio giovane, cortese e attento. Buonissima e bellissima anche nella presentazione la loro tagliata, con salse e patate. Siamo stati davvero molto soddisfatti.

Trovo questo posto bellissimo. Ammetto un po' sperduto ma probabilmente questo è il suo fascino. Si entra in un' ambientazione da favola. Il silenzio e la serenità ti prendono a braccetto e ti accompagnano in mezzo alla natura incontaminata e visibilmente curata e amata dai proprietari. In questa cornice si ci accomoda in una sala che sa di casa. Un ragazzo giovane, cordiale, sorridente e timido quanto basta ti segue per tutto il pranzo con occhio vigile. E si mangia veramente bene! Piatti curati,ottima materia prima, originalità e stagionalità. Ogni piatto,scarpettato con dell' ottimo pane,mostra la dedizione e la passione dello chef. Insomma solo complimenti in attesa di tornare al più presto per mangiare nella meravigliosa veranda.

Paradise all of a sudden. This is a heavenly structure where relaxation is guaranteed. The rooms are wonderful, characteristic. Mine with a view of the pool lit up in the evening, spectacular. The pool surrounded by greenery looks like a painting. The owner and the staff are helpful and very kind. We had dinner and the chef offered us some special dishes that were really tasty and never banal. Congratulations, we will be back soon
