Ottima struttura, camera spaziosa, pulita e ottimo servizio. Personale disponibile, gentile ma soprattutto professionale. Buona colazione. Facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto che in treno. Possibilità di usufruire della piscina interna. Ci torno sempre con piacere.

Ero già stata a Gennaio in questa struttura, e per l'addio al nubilato di una mia amica ho proposto alle ragazze di tornare, sia per la struttura sia per le esperienze che offre. Tutte sono rimaste super entusiaste! Struttura molto bella e curata, personale gentilissimo e super disponibile, ristoranti (interno ed esterno) superlativi. La sposa ha usufruito del massaggio relax ed era felicissima. Per non parlare della lezione di yoga che abbiamo avuto la mattina all'interno di un salone storico. È stato molto suggestivo. La vicinanza con Firenze... Non ci sono motivi per non tornare ancora e ancora!

Sono 10 anni che mi coccolate.....ho portato 3 colleghi ed ho visto in loro la stessa soddisfazione....! Piscina,giardino, relax e progessionalita' al top in un posto magico, cambierei solo l'illuminazione di qualche stanza sul lato piu' buio ma è un particolare.....

A spectacular two days at this historic Villa. We had a fantastic wine tasting and tour as well as the cooking class-Mani Pasta and E bike tour. Even with the E bike it was difficult but awesome. Highly recommend staying here in a Villa dating back to the Middle Ages. Very helpful staff and fascinating history.

Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, to przekształcana w hotel rezydencja z 1353, dlatego budynek sam w sobie ma dużo uroku, dużo zieleni, wokoło, piękny ogród, duże i przestronne pokoje (pokój rodzinny). Niewielki minus brak windy, co może stanowić problem przy dłuższym pobycie i ciężkich walizkach, ale obsługa hotelu oferuje pomoc, przy zaniesieniu bagaży do pokoju. Obsługa hotelu bardzo uprzejma. Ważne - dobrze widziana rezerwacja stolika w restauracji hotelowej na kolację, nawet dla gości hotelu. My nie zrobiliśmy tego pierwszego dnia i odczuliśmy, że stanowiło to jakiegoś rodzaju problem.

La location è davvero spettacolare: affascinante, suggestiva e con un’atmosfera unica, perfetta per chi cerca qualcosa di caratteristico e fuori dall’ordinario. Un vero punto di forza della struttura. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che, per un hotel a quattro stelle, lasciano a desiderare. Il phon in camera è di qualità molto bassa, il materasso non particolarmente comodo e l’impianto elettrico, compresi frutti e prese, appare datato e poco curato. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato piacevole grazie al contesto davvero incantevole, ma ci sono sicuramente margini di miglioramento per rendere l’esperienza più allineata agli standard della categoria.

Un ambiente d'altri tempi, sembra la location di una fiction ambientata agli inizi del '900; trasuda eleganza, ricercatezza e gentilezza degli operatori. Non sono venuto per vacanza, purtroppo mia moglie doveva essere operata; il pernotto in questa splendida struttura ha compensato in parte il disagio di questa esperienza negativa. Ovviamente il servizio è perfetto, la colazione è ciò che ti aspetti da un ambiente così curato, la pulizia è indiscutibile. Complimenti a chi dirige l'Hotel, a chi lo gestisce, a chi ne conserva intatta l'atmosfera elegante, vagamente retrò (declinata in accezione assolutamente positiva). Da consigliare a tutti.
