"Arrivavo con grandi aspettative, ma al mio arrivo sono rimasta un po' delusa. L'accoglienza è stata confusa, lenta e priva di calore. Non mi è stato spiegato nulla oltre al piano della camera e sono stata informata che avrei dovuto affrettarmi per i trattamenti richiesti, poiché era già tardi. Purtroppo, il primo trattamento è stato annullato proprio a causa del ritardo, nonostante avessimo chiarito che il tempo perso era dovuto alla lunga attesa alla reception. Dopo essermi lamentata, il trattamento ci è stato riprogrammato per il giorno successivo. I trattamenti sono stati piacevoli, ma sarebbe stato utile ricevere una spiegazione su cosa avremmo fatto, soprattutto considerando che il personale non parlava italiano fluentemente. La SPA, con idromassaggio e sauna, era piuttosto piccola rispetto al numero di ospiti presenti, e sono rimasta molto delusa dalla pulizia generale dell'ambiente. La cena, tuttavia, è stata la parte migliore del soggiorno. Il personale era gentile e professionale, il menù vario e ben curato, e i piatti erano deliziosi, con sapori che si combinavano perfettamente. Complimenti allo chef! La colazione a buffet era soddisfacente, anche se ho dovuto chiedere espressamente per un cappuccino. Purtroppo, il check-out è stato simile all'arrivo: freddo e privo di attenzione. Nessuno si è interessato a sapere come fosse andato il soggiorno. In sintesi, a parte la ristorazione e la bellezza della location (anche se trascurata), la mia esperienza è stata negativa."

Trovato questo hotel su internet perché eravamo alla ricerca di una coccola fuori da Roma, obiettivo raggiunto! Immerso nel verde, vicino Figline Valdarno, questo hotel ha una struttura importante, tipo villa coloniale, con arredi imponenti ma non pacchiani; dotato di piscina all'aperto tra gli ulivi, bar e ristorante con terrazza che affaccia sul verde, mini spa con idromassaggio, bsgno turco e sauna più sale massaggi per chi vuole fruire di servizi dedicati. Stanza comodissima, dotata di vasca idromassaggio, e arredi d'epoca, pulitissima con tv e frigo bar. Abbiamo scelto uno dei pacchetti che il sito dell'hotel offriva: evasione romantica. Prevedeva il soggiorno per una notte, aperitivo in camera di benvenuto con prosecco e frutta, accesso alla spa, trattamento body e viso scrub di coppia , massaggi corpo, cena e colazione il giorno dopo per un totale di 130 euro a testa. Soldi ben spesi perché tra la spa, i trattamenti, i massaggi e soprattutto la cena gourmet ( guardate le foto ed immaginate l'estasi ) ci siamo sentiti catapultati in un universo parallelo dove non ci sono le rogne quotidiane, quindi obiettivo relax totale riuscito, anche se per due giorni solamente. Il personale è stato ospitale, professionale, disponibile, le ragazze della spa e trattamenti meravigliose ed un plauso allo chef che ci ha regalato un'esperienza di ottimo livello. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro vogliono dimenticarsi delle noie che quotidianamente affliggono. Ci vediamo presto perché, statene certi, torneremo volentieri.

Le ns aspettative sono state soddisfatte locazioni da favola Immersa nel verde delle colline della valdarno. Ottimo per visitare Arezzo Firenze e i Borghi limitrofi. Personale super efficiente Camere comode Cibo ottimo Lo consiglio per godersi 3 gg di relax e lusso.

Siamo stati in questa struttura lunedì 26 agosto e Martedì 27 agosto.. arrivi in hotel il gentilissimo personale della reception, nonostante fossimo arrivati in anticipo, ci ha fornito tutto il necessario per la spa (ciabattine,accappatoio e teli). Le ragazze della spa sono gentilissime e molto professionali l operatrice Barbara ci ha fatto dei trattamenti eccellenti. In piscina siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo preso anche da bene grazie al bar a bordo piscina . A pranzo abbiamo mangiato divinamente e a cena ottimo servizio e cibo di qualità… piatti impiantati ad opera d arte e buonossimi. Ambienti puliti e confortevoli ragazze delle pulizie gentilissime.Siamo stati molto bene. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Romantic Tuscan villa with magnificent views of the valley and pool in an olive garden. You shouldn't expect luxury and impeccable cleanliness, but there is enough of a romantic mood. Everything is quite worn and many places could use some repair and updating, but overall it's still in tolerable condition. The pool is surrounded by olive trees. The pool is not very big, but big enough to swim a little. There aren't many sunbeds right by the pool, but there are plenty of sunbeds further out in the olive trees. From time to time, the horsefly attacked quite actively, especially when you got out of the pool while wet, but this problem is everywhere in rural areas. There is also a small SPA on site, with an indoor pool and saunas, but this indoor pool is not big enough to swim in. For breakfast, both salty and sweet food is offered, but the selection is quite small and the better pastries are only enough for the first ones, they are not brought any more later. Ready-made pot coffee is poor, but you can also order freshly made machine coffee, but it wasn't the best either. The dinner was good, but based on the previous very positive reviews, I expected more. The staff was pleasantly friendly. We didn't really like the first room, it was a good size and had a spacious bathroom, but compared to the advertised pictures it was rather modest in finish and I didn't like the handicap sink. The next day the room was changed and we really liked the new room, although the bathroom was extremely small. Parking is in the garden below, and it is very inconvenient to go up the narrow stairs on the hillside with suitcases, but for this, drive up to the reception door at the beginning and park the car downstairs after unloading your luggage. About 15 minutes drive from the highway. The famous The Mall outlet is also about 15 minutes drive away. As a compliment, drinking water in the room would have been very welcome. There was no possibility to make tea and coffee in the room.

Sono stata a Villa La Borghetta 2 giorni insieme a mio marito. Abbiamo usufruito del pacchetto che comprendeva un trattamento e un massaggio di coppia: personale davvero preparato, alla mano e molto simpatico. Posto bellissimo (la nostra camera era molto bella e pulita), davvero l'ideale se si vuole staccare la spina e rilassarsi. Cibo davvero di qualità. Il panorama, poi, vale da solo il viaggio. Complimenti allo staff per mantenere così bene un posto così bello.

Villa La Borghetta Resort exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and stunning views took our breath away. The rooms are beautifully decorated with gorgeous views of the Tuscan hills, and the amenities are top-notch. We loved relaxing by the pool, enjoying the spa, and indulging in delicious Italian cuisine at the restaurant. The peaceful, serene atmosphere made our stay truly magical. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious escape in Tuscany!
