Rural B&B hotels, rooms transformed from their own villas. The facilities are very old and the service is very kind. But also a different experience. The breakfast was good, the dinner in the restaurant downstairs was delicious, and the wine on barrel tasted very good.

We stayed here 2 nights on our Rick Steve’s best of Europe trip. We enjoyed everything about it stay here except that we had to leave after only 2 nights. Niko and his family were fantastic hosts. The food was amazing, we enjoyed the peaceful countryside view. Two days was not enough.

Ottima struttura, pulizia impeccabile ed accoglienza gentile. Camera spaziosa e profumata e bagno completo e pulito. Colazione ricca e con vista mozzafiato. Situato in una posizione tranquilla ma vicina al centro di Incisa. Molto consigliato

Pessimo! Ci è stato proposto un appartamento per ben 130€ a notte con: nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua nel frigorifero che oltretutto era spento nonostante fosse il 12 di Agosto. Materasso con evidenti molle rotte visto che cigolava ad ogni minimo movimento. Piscina non curata, piena di zanzare e soprattutto vespe (con altri genitori dovevamo entrare a turno per controllare che non pungessero i bambini). Ristorante “La Bugia” invece da 10e lode, ma la gestione è diversa e direi che si nota….

Hôtel proche de villes à visiter. Chambres spacieuses, propres mais mal isolées, on peut attendre les bruits de couloirs (des personnes qui parlent fort, enfants qui pleurent ou crient). Clim réversible dans la chambre. Lieu charmant et ancien, restaurant au rez-de-chaussée et chambre à l'étage. Le petit déjeuner (8h10h) en selfservice est très varié, il y en a pour tous les gouts, salé et sucré! Bel endroit et piscine agréable. Parking gratuit situé juste derrière l’hôtel, très pratique.

Soggiornato solamente una notte ma me ne sono pentito. Posto super tranquillo in mezzo alla campagna toscana. Camere belle e pulite con proprio bagno personale. Colazione ottima con salumi nostrani ottimi (la treccia ottima). Piscina adeguata per un bel bagno. Come detto mi sono pentito per aver prenotato solo una notte. Consiglio il relativo ristorante la Bugia.

We recently stayed here as part of a group tour. Nico and his staff were all so welcoming and the grounds were just amazing. I felt like I was living a dream. The food and the accommodations were excellent. We were able to have our dinners under the Tuscan sky and it included a live band. We were also treated to a cooking lesson by the hotel restaurant chef. I can only hope to go back there again someday.
