I got lost in the mountains. I chose the cancel hotel immediately after making the reservation, but the hotel confirmed it. When I called the customer service and said that I was still an hour and a half away and couldn't make it before 12 o'clock, the customer service promised to help me early tomorrow morning. I asked the hotel if I could get a refund. The hotel was closed at 12 o'clock. I slept with my child in the car that night, and the next day I was told by the hotel that there was no refund. I want to say that I applied for a slip-out as soon as possible. Money, why not? Is there any royal law? Is Europe so domineering? This is just for everyone. Please avoid lightning!

Sauberes älteres hotel. Zimmer 233 war super sauber, gute betten mit flauschiger decke. Haben noch ein zweites Kissen gefragt und uns sofort übergeben. Das personal war ultra, mega freundlich!! Das ist Gastfreundschaft, alles mit italienischem Charme! Das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, haben 2 Nächte im hotel verbracht und auch beide Abendessen im Restaurant eingenommen. Super fantastisches essen, besonders pizzas und tagliatelle salmone. Lage gut zum lift - man kann gratis beim hotel parkieren und dann ca 5-10 min zum lift laufen. Perfekt! Ja, Kommentare über - das hotel ist alt, hat bessere zeiten gesehen, etc ist wahr - ist sehr wahrscheinlich ende 70/anf 80ziger jahre gebaut …und nicht viel renoviert worden. Aber es hat fernseher, es ist sauber, es hat handtücher und seife - es ist warm und balkon auch. Alte stecker, duschvorgang mit duschbecken. Aber frag dich mal selber: ist „alt“ schlecht??? Alles funktioniert und beim frühstück ist auch alles da (müesli, gipfeli…) und cafe wird serviert mit viel charme!!! Es ist ein 3 stern hotel und preis/leistung im dez super 👍

Sogar mit einer warmen Jacke und dicken Socken habe ich gefroren, das Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum waren eiskalt Geschlafen habe ich auf einem Feldbett - für 100.- Fr. pro Nacht. Auf mein zweimaliges Feedback per Mail wurde nie reagiert.

Es wird italienisch gesprochen. Die Leute sind aber sehr freundlich. Das Hotel jedoch braucht dringend eine Renovation. Im Gang riecht es nach Hund und sämtliches Mobiliar ist heruntergekommen. Das Restaurant kann durchaus empfohlen werden.

Buon hotel in generale con un'unica grande pecca: a colazione non c'è nulla di indicato per gli intolleranti al lattosio. Peccato. Per il resto, anche se piuttosto vecchiotto, camere pulite, personale gentile e nel ristorante/pizzeria sotto l'albergo si mangia veramente bene.
